- EasyVAfter getting the automated calls from this number repeatedly, I called them back and was able to talk to a person who said they would delete our number from their records. I don't know if it will stick or not, but I'm hopeful!

- Ely| 1 replyI called back and the woman (who was surprisingly pleasant) stated that it was for a Bally’s membership from 2010. I did not have any kind of gym membership up until recently (PF which is apparently their sister company according to her) and they pull their money monthly. I kindly asked her to send me whatever “contract” (since she claimed ‘Breach of contract’) she had because this was not something I had/would’ve signed up for at the time (I was nice and pregnant at the time!). She then stated that it would be in the discovery portion of the courts. I thanked her and she wished me luck and we hung up. What I’m confused about is HOW these people have my social! It is alarming that these people somehow get your information and attempt to give you a heart attack!

- JasmineCalled and left me a voicemail stating I had legal litigation pending and I would be served at my place of employment unless I called back. Called back and they told me real information about me... That is scary. I played along for a little bit. Called them on being a scammer so then I got yelled at and told they would just serve me and to have a blessed day. Called back 5x and then they blocked my call. Starting calling from other numbers and when they realize its me block those numbers too. Just mess with them right back and they will leave you alone apparently.

Called them back and told them I have received calls over the past few years for this Robert and that I have had my phone number for the past 20+ years and that maybe they are off a digit. - Natalie replies to Ashley| 1 replyThese calls are fake. Do not call number back they leave. It could be how they hack your phone etc. If your in trouble with the courts they will send a certified letter. Or you w ohi uld be taken for questioning by the cops. You can report these numbers on the federal trade commission site. This happens after the first of every year because you have to re submit the numbers to the f.t..c yearly. I've gotten this call or something like it more then I can count.
