It's a robo call to our business, threatening that if I don't respond, I will be a repeat offender.

Abusive recording saying I have pending aligations and I will be reported to county clerk's.  They leave me a message to call 970-289-2405. Annoying

Same as all of the others. I am so glad I googled and found this. They call all my in laws and my ex sister in law. I haven't went by the name they are saying in over 15 yrs. It scared me at first but they tend to call every other day for a couple weeks and then completely stop for a few months.

My brother and ex sister in law have been divorced for over 10 yrs and they still call her. Lol I haven't went by the name they are looking for in over 15 yrs. I would have fell for it but this happens every couple months with the same recording. I tried looking up the case number but nothing. I wonder if we all get the same case # too lol

Same as above. But 2 years ago i recieved a call like this for $500 i owed to ace cash advance. I was scared so i paid it with a credit card. The convinced me i would go to jail or even get my wages garnished. And there was no working out a payment. Never got a confirmation of payment for the cash advance or anything.

When i call, it rings for a minute then says the person at ext. 3001 is unavailable.. Leave a message.. Deffinetly a scam.

These scammers are viral they never stop.These calls come every 6 months, call almost everyday non stop. One guy just won a class action for 32 million for robo calls like these. No legit business uses these type of debt collection tactics. These folk are simply trying to extort money from us. Block the calls they just spoof another number. Please report to your State Attorney general online. I am right now. Same as everyone before robo my name then threats of reporting my address and employer and to clerk that I am repeat offender...these folk are sick!

Received a call from 970_289_2405 said I have pending allegations against me .It was a lady but she never say her name are company name.Said I  have a case number  .That someone want my information and debit card number over phone.

I have been receiving calls like this for 10 years now, they say they are for a person who previously had my phone number. I have told them repeatedly it is the wrong number, I have filed complaints with Do Not Call, with the Consumer Credit Protection Bureau all to no avail. They work for one of these credit collection companies where they can get about 10 cents for every dollar collected, so it is worth it to them to hound people. But why they will not respond to notification they have the wrong number beats me.

I also got a call today about a case.

Same Thing - I got a call that they were going to be verifying my address and employer.  Then said that I need to call number 970-289-2405 and to contact them "prior to being served" for several pending allegations for which you are being investigated," and threatened that not doing so would  make me a "repeat offender," and said that I need to refer to Case 214634.

This was an automated message from the same number 336-547-0607, a robo-caller, aggressive black woman's voice, stating: "This notification is intended for [my name]. I have reached you for order of process in my office for several pending allegations in which you are currently being investigated for. I will be verifying your current address as well as your place of employment today. It is your right and responsibility to contact the plaintiff prior to being served. You can reach that office at 970-289-2405. Please refer to case number 214634. A failure to comply with this office will result in you being named as a repeat offender with your local clerk."

Yesterday got a call from a loud aggressive black man calling from that same number 336-547-0607, stating: "Yes, the notification is soley intended for [my name], age, born [dob], here in arbitration, 2 counts of fraud. We will be submitting evidence against you as an admission of guilt in a direct refusal as a repeat offender.  it is imperative that you have 2 types of valid identification, govern yourself accordingly, [then states my address].

These harassing calls are repeatedly offending and upsetting me. This is the 7th time I have received these types of calls.  I have a professional job, I go to work and go home each day, nothing else happens in my life. I pay all my bills on time; I am good citizen, and I have no legal issues. These threatening phone calls have got to stop. I think it is time for a class action lawsuit against these robo-callers. (There have been several recent successful lawsuits).

I have all the same issuue with this number .. they are calling my parents and it is very scary I do not owe nothing I always pay my bills they never anwer the only thing that changes is supposed is the case number 133289.. I was scared at first thing to thing what is it that I did wrong but I have never been involved in any crime I always go by the rules and avoid any problems.. and yes we should sue

Read the earlier posts - This a phony debt collection scam. Ignore the calls and block the number. They will call friends, family and peoples place of employment to scare their victims.

Do NOT talk to these crooks, they are very good at confusing people and making threats. Rember, a phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt.

They claim they are calling regarding a debt from a loan from 2014 , that I paid through a different debt collector. Well the debt collector that I paid is now closed permanently, how convenient smh. These people are calling my family as well and just said that they’re going to find out where I live and work. Told them to go head because I don’t care 🤷🏾‍♀️. They never say who they are or who they work for and the want 900 dollars for a 140$ loan. Ha , kiss my ass! SCAM .

Yeah lady threatened they would come serve me at my work.
