Received multiple calls from this number. Asking for "Alex"; there is no Alex here and never has been!
Last call received from them, women was so rude, she said "Let's cut to the chase sweetheart, put Alex on the phone now!  Put the owner on the phone."  I said my family owns this business and there is no Alex.  She continued to be rude so I told her she was a [***] and hung up.  Who are these people and who do they think are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO COMPANIES IN DALLAS NAMED IAG AND I WOULD LIKE FOR EVERYONE TO PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OTHER COMPANY. Our company, Insurance Applications Group, LLC (IAG) is a national voluntary benefit/product design firm with a few locations across the company including one in Dallas. Unfortunately, the other "Transitions" IAG has an almost identical number as our main line in Dallas. We often receive complaints similar to those posted here from companies assuming it was one of our staff who contacted them. It is easy to see how the confusion occurs:  a quick google search of "IAG" would most likely always direct you to our company. I would encourage all of you to report the phone number if you come across this outfit. I know they are a headache for everyone on this page as they are for our company. Hopefully, they won't stay in business long.

Caller asked for our company president, informed her that he does not under any circumstance accept outside solicitation calls. She then tried to tell me she wasn't selling anything. Ha!
I have this number blocked by our wonderful IT department.

Often got calls from this number. Just got one, I just put it on speaker, a few seconds later, an old woman's voice came out " Hello" and hanged up right away.

Very rude....called and asked for owner.  I told him to put us on do not call list and then they insist they aren't selling anything and hang up.  Called back and asked to be put on do not call list only to be disconnected.

Called Sunday about 6:50 PM, hung up immediately after I answered.

Got a call today from 1-972-331-7540 IAG. Asked for Mrs........ told him she didn't live here than asked if this was a company (said the name of company). I told them no it was not a business. He asked how long I have had my phone # and I told him it was none of his businesses he said yes it was and started to tell me off and I told him I didn't know him and it was none of his businesses how long and hung up the phone on him as he was telling me off.... WTH

Apparently he's been calling our business number (I'm almost NEVER there) will not leave a message...my mom was working at our business, told the guy I was on vacation and he said "You're stupid"...UNBELIEVABLE....I asked for the number to call and give them a piece of my mind but decided to google before...

Irritating buzzards call every couple days - even though I tell them not to call and we are
registered on the do not call list.  This time, after saying, You're calling again? Woman
snarls - Yeah, and I'm going to call you every day and every night, BI&CH!!!

Just got a call from this number and all the guy said was "sucker" and he hung up! That's kind of disturbing!

Extreme Misrepresentation from the caller.
Got a call from them asking for the owner TYRONE as if they new him. Like an old lost friend.

I said he was not in and asked if I can help. He said no this is an URGENT PERSONAL MATTER. I commented PERSONAL? He said very Very VERY PERSONAL. I asked what kind of PERSONAL MATTER. He said you tell TYRONE to call me ASAP, Today, like right now.

I asked for the number and he said I will just try him later. Then I heard him laugh out load and he said " STUPID [***]! and hung up.

Received phone call from this number also. Looked number up on the internet and found all these post. What I have been doing is calling their number back. Two can play this game. Tired of all these telemarketers calling our company. Requested my number to be removed. Don't know if this will work but my last call back to one has not called again.

They found our number off our website.  That's how they know who to ask for.  No one wants to talk to them, so I have to keep telling them they are busy, they won't leave a message and call back an hour later

Would not leave a message with my assistant.  This is a solicitation.  Had it been real the woman would have identified herself and not hung up.

got a call from this number this afternoon.  The caller was a lady asking for the owner.  I then asked her what was this in regards to.  She said is a confidental matter.  I left her on hold for a couple of mins. and she hung up.  That always does the trick.

They want to buy the company you work for, it's that simple: I manage a storage facility. At least two nearby competitors have sold to larger chains in the last year. For the last year we have also received heavy solicitation to sell. First we were contacted via mail, and now phone calls. This person also introduced themselves as working for IAG, an aquisition company in Texas. He explained that they were working on behalf of investors who would like to buy personal storage facilities. I think it's legit. I think they are payed to drum up investments for investors like larger chains who can afford to pay millions to swallow up the smaller competition. I called the number back anonymously through *67 and was answered by a very kind receptionist who explained that she had no way of telling who had called me and so didn't know who to direct me to, unlike solicitors who don't usually pick up or when they do are very rude.

Just received a call.  Asked for my boss and refered to him as "Mike" when he always goes by "Michael".  Woman was very rude!  She said she was calling from IHE in regards to a business matter.  When I asked to be more specific she said that she couldn't tell me anything unless I was his wife.  I hung up.
