Just called, very unprofessional cold call.  Clearly someone fishing, and I dont bite.

This number just called me asking for "John" who hasn't owned this phone number for years....so anytime someone calls and asks for him I know it's a telemarketer. When I told him there was no one here by that name. He asked if the number used to belong to an old business...and I told him not in 4 years. He then got snotty and said "SO IS THAT A YES?"  haha I asked him if he had a question and he said "Nevermind, you don't deserve my business" Since when do telemarketers call you to buy something!!! HAAAA! Really rude company. I see a post on here claiming this is a legit business. If so, you should REALLY teach your employees basic phone etiquette.

Nice, the issue is you are cold calling people.  If we want information from you, we will call you.  Please stop calling our offices and asking for the owner, he does not want to sell his business.  Your rude telemarketers keep calling even when they are already told this.

Got a call from a Mrs Robeson from SCM.

There was a short pause and then the caller hung up. I supposed they knew that I would not let them get through to the owner no matter what.

If this is true and they want to purchase or sell our business... what in hell makes them think we would even want to sell our company??? We make millions every year and continue to grow 17% on average every year. WHY WOULD WE EVEN THINK OF SELLING??? If we were to sell, we would actually be loosing money. If we want to sell, we will seek out our own M&A company to deal with, NOT by a cold call! I don't care "how legit" this phone call is, they will NEVER get our business! I can't scream it loud enough on here, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!

Marx Browning called for company owner or business partner. Said we are not soliciting, this is a confidential matter. Right, okay, haven't heard that before! (sarcasm)

Received call from this number, caller was looking for the owner. When I replied that he wasn't in, caller instantly hung up. Number belongs to IAG, they'll be getting rude responses in the future.

Caller asks for owner of company without identifying him/herself. When told the owner is not in and I ask to take a message the caller hangs up without saying a word - extremely rude.

Yup!  Just got a call from these jack-wagons.  Apparently, they claim to connect business owners with those looking to buy businesses.
I notice that the complaints about these hucksters go all the way back to 2009.  LOL!

As an aside...I'm also getting E-Mails through my business web site for the same type of "service".  So I guess the "Full Court Press" is on with this scam.

Get yourself a Call Blocker and save yourselves the aggravation caused by these jerks.  It's worth the money.

In other words, IAG, LLC is an unsolicited sales call to cell phone numbers, which is illegal and annoying.  Hopefully IAG is getting no useful contacts from this rotten tactic.

They made an unsolicited sales call to my personal cell phone, very annoying and illegal.  I shut them down at the point they were asking what my name is . . . anyone legit calling me knows my name and doesn't ever ask.  Jerks.  I think he said his name was Ryan White, I'd like to call him repeatedly on his personal cell phone . . . .

First of all - any legit business will leave a message, so if I am interested, I can contact you.  Secondly, they will leave an "opt out" option so that if I am Not interested, my name comes off the call list.  Third - when I say I am not interested, why would you waste everyone's time including yours by continuing to call?  Fourth - when I say no, it means No.  Being rude and insulting will not make me want to do business with you.  YOUR COMPANY is A BIG SCAM!

Seriously? ... "professional" businesses don't call people up and hang up when asked what this is regarding... scammers do. If they were "legitimate" they would send letters.   I played their game on one of their many predictive dialer calls and said it was me.. they said "bull sh*t" and hung up.

Actually.. my business is to track these people down and put them out of business. Believe me.. I'm patient..  I'll pierce their layer upon layer of shields and figure out who they are..   There are FAR more "reputable" businesses out there such as Transworld.. they don't call people under cover.. they don't hang up when their call isn't passed.. and besides, when the owner of the company themselves answer and ask who's calling and they treat them like garbage..  not a good business model. I would never use them to sell my used garbage on ebay or craig's list.
