Got two calls today from this number.  Will not leave a message.

Duke power says this number is NOT from them - To pay money call the number on your bill!

Called four times in one day.. Never left a message...

It is Duke energy. usually when you are past due on your acct.  They called me 3 times with in 1 hour.  A little excessive.

I've been called 3 times today by this number. They will not leave a message.  I don't think its duke energy since my account is paid in full and canceled 6 months ago when I moved

This is Duke. They will give you another 800 # to call. They may owe you some money.

Duke energy calls come unknown to my phone. I never have message either.

Duke energy is informing customers not to respond to this message or call it is not them .  Use numbe ron your bill

Called me today at 7:45pm. No message & No clue who it is. My duke energy bill is due though ( saw from reading other post) but why would they use a local unknown phone number and not just list the caller as them and leave a recorded message. if it truly was duke energy I'm sure this is what would take place. I say be very cautious sounds very odd to say the least!!

I have had 3 calls this morning from this number.  The three accounts that I have with Duke Energy are paid up and the next bills aren't due until sometime in December.  This is NOT Duke Energy calling.  They do not make collection calls but inform you via your bill if you are past due and about to be cut off.  I used Phone Warrior to block this number.

Two calls this morning. No message left. Tried redial/got busy signal> My bill with Duke is paid up to date. Never a past due! Did get something about a letter from Duke if NO answer to call. Fed UP!!!!!!
Why doesn't Duke Energy get involved?

Got 2 automated calls from this number today - it is from Duke Energy alerting us that the equal-payment plan we have with them is going up a few bucks a month reflecting the higher charges we accumulate each month.  It was NOT a collection call.

I got a call from them twice already today. One stated they are trying to contact me if they get no answer they will send a letter, the second call just hung up. I dont owe them any money and if my EPP plan is going up or down they send a letter so that you can see the rise or fall in your power usage. Either way wont be answering it again- they can send me a letter with what I need to know

Three calls this morning from this number!  Hang up when you get them!  They even had my name - they couldn't pronounce it but the recording did attempt to say it!  Can these numbers not be disconnected and destroyed???

3 calls while I was at work; no message; calls were about 40 minutes apart and appeared on my caller ID and my voicemail with no message

Duke Energy. Left a recorded message saying that since they couldn't reach me by phone, they would send me a letter. The letter arrived a few days later, letting me know what my new Equal Payment Plan amount would be for this year. Wish they'd skipped the phone call and just sent the letter as they did last year, but I guess they want to save paper and postage.
