I am getting calls at my home, and they are also calling my place of employment. The first number is 1-877-219-7774. the number from the call I got today is 347-455-8912. It came up on my caller Id under the name Skype. Them man called himself Sam Jones. Hahaha... I'm not that stupid to believe that a man with an Indian accent is called Sam Jones. But he tried to tell me that I have a lawsuit against me for a defaulted loan. I thought it was a scam right off the bat, but the thing that does bother me is that he has all my personal information. Does anyone know what to do about this?

I got a call this afternoon from a man "Frank Miller" who clearly is not a Frank... He had a heavy accent... when I argued the issue he "put his supervisor" on the line and all kinds of crap. I did call the company I have a loan with and they said it is a 3rd Party Scam that tries to intimidate you. He left the number 267-863-4440.

Received calls several times TODAY.  Latest number used/given was 760-284-1432, 707-895-4746, when I decided to "play along" to see where this was going they gave a fax number of 760-284-6406.  The letter they ask you to take down word for word and fax with your debit/credit card info is hilarious.  There is no way in this world that I would use the grammar they dictate and they impress upon you that it must be worded exactly this way.

Send the fax to the attendtion of Jack Williams and see who you get.  Claim to be from ACSA INC.  It's funny how they can tell you your personal information, how much they claim you owe and your email - but refuse to give you the instructions or receipts via email if you request.  They also are representing so many companies that they cannot usually tell you exactly the name of the company you are supposed to have dealt with.  When I asked how they can possibly be handling this type of financial affairs and not have a file withaccurate and complete information they get very confused and there are long silences - then they come back and SCREAM at you that you will be prosecuted and the police will come and drag you away from work and ther is nothing more they can do about it.

When you ask one to cease and desist they are required by law to do this.  They stop for 2 weeks and then call with another number and another very "americanized" name - that is definitely NOT their given name.  I laways like the "Have a Blessed Day"  they leave at the end of the threatening voicemails...nice touch.

On a previous attempt by these people to defraud me - they ask for my attorney's information - when I provided the information of a friend who is an attorney, that happened to be at my house at the time of the call and really wanted to deal with these people, they replied "Very good - we will be in touch and expect to see them at the courthouse in California tomorrow" - I live no where near California...then they hung up.

Hi ive been recieving calls for the last past week from phone number701-509-8523 when i pick up they usually hang up so one day i decided to call the number back to my suprise number id disconnected so when they called back today from same number i picked up guy told me i qualified for a 1500.00 loan and ask me did i have a checking or savings account told him saving so he sd perfect so then he asked me how much money did i want to get so i sd 500.00 just to hear his response so then he started calling out my info name and phone number, me remembering that this a fake number so i hung up and called them right back @ the same number he had just called me from and it said it was disconnected after me hearing that the guy called right back from same disconnected phone..............WHAT A SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT THEY WILL GET YOUR INFO AND TAKE YOU FOR A LOOP

I received a call from Officer Greeno.  He said "I wish you luck" and advised my attorney to call him.  The number I called back at was 646-484-8982 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-646-484-8982).  However, when I check the envelope information on my voicemail it showed the actual number they are callig from as 859-395-0083 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-859-395-0083).

Received a voicemail message call from Eric Wilson alleging I did not repay a payday loan and said I must
call him back immediately and wished me good luck if I ignored his request. the phone number was 253-242-9255

I am receiving the calls from a person identifing himself as Eddie Smith? (heavy Indian accent).  The calls come from 714-459-5878 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-714-459-5878).  He started by calling my cell phone, then today it progressed to my work phone and cell phone.  He says he is from the Office of Law and Investigation, and if i do not pay immediately that my fraud case will go forward and that i will be in 'really big legal trouble' and that if i do not send a signed fax 'apologizing for' my miscommunication of fraudulent actions toward his client (which he does not identify, only as US Cash Advance, when pressed on the issue). My first mistake was to speak to him, and because i did not know, at the time, all that i know now, i told him that i would send what he asked for until i learned from these posts that it is a scam.  I have not picked up since, but the calls are increasing in number, plus they are calling on the work and cell numbers. Does anyone have any more on these people?

Yea they keep calling here from SRS Assoc 1-856-690-5717 I have told them they will not get my bank information and Payday Loans are Illegal in NC and send me information through the mail they refused and threatend my husband  sick people they keep calling and will not give adress as to send them a cease from contact order and thier trying to collect more than was ever owed

1-856-690-5717 I just give as much as i get and they usually hang up but have threat the were attorneys and my husband would got to jail they will never get my bank information and refuse to send anything trough the mail  so sorry for the scammers some people are smarter than they are

I got a call at work They left a message on my boss  voice mall Recovery Department  The number is646-626 6117 In August I got about six different calls says that I owe for Pay Day Loan I call The FBI They said that it was a SCAM I also change my Phone number How can I stop these people from call my job
