Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here [2]

I am now getting a call from Casey Harrison to call her back at 877-407-7573.  She is definately American and supposed to show up at my house today to serve me.  I am guessing she is a scam too.  How do I know if someone tries to serve me if they are legit?  I have 2 pay day loans that I have not paid from about 3 years ago. I'm currently not working.

The scammers never show up.

I got a call from Kimberly James from Texas telling me if i didnt pay 1100 dollars in 30 mins i would be charged with fraud......i did freak out at first until i started doing some research. They told me that they were not obligated to send me any info and they were doing me a favor. The debt was from 2007....these ppl can be very convincing and have a come back for everything. Collins and Meyers was the attorneys office number is 214-396-4706

my employer got a call from Sean Smith from Finanical Crime Investaor phone 631-996-0002 When i return the call he ask who my employer was i would not tell him .But i did give him my name and ask him what he wanting he started cusing me I told him i was recored him and he hung up I called back he told me to suck his you know what and do not call back. i still do not know what he wanted

850-350-5493 Received call today from a "Sargent Cosey" of the Legal Department of IAG stating I had 48 hours to respond or they would take it as a direct refusal and they would forward information to my county, blah, blah, blah. He pretends to be law enforcement office with a bad-a--s tone of voice as a buffalo scare tactic. They can pound salt until the end of time. I am not scared and I will not waste my time with these thieves.

has anyone been contacted by shadow creek capital? I think i am being scammed. They scared my into setting up 2 payments. I need to know asap because one of them is going to come out of my bank account in 2 days. Please anyone with info help me. Thanks

Flood the Consul General of India's office in NY with emails asking them what they can do about these criminals who are dishonoring their country? Send one every day...don't stop...bury them with emails.

THEY HARASS AND SWEAR AND USE BIG WORDS TO SOUND LEGIT, BUT IN FACT THE COMPANY THEY ARE REPRESENTING DONT EVEN EXIST, OR THEY USE A NAME OF SOME LAW FIRM WITHOUT THERE CONSENT. ALL IN ALL NOTHING CAN HAPPEN TO YOU, JUST CLOSE OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ONE SO THEY CANT GET YOUR MONEY, THEY PREY ON SCARED PEOPLE, REMEMBER THERE CALLS ARE ALL [***]!

Thank you i appreciate the information. I just am worried that since i stopped payment on the 2 payments that they will continue to call my work and i might get fired. I checked with my county public records and my name is no where in civil or criminal like they said it was so i don't know what to think.
about the bank account, my husband is not happy about having to close the checking account. Do you think i really need to even thought i stopped payment on the payments?

I WOULD CHANGE IT, CUZ THEY WILL KEEP TRYING UNTIL THEY TAKE MONEY OR WIPE YOU OUT. I WOULD PRINT OUT INFORMATION ON THE SCAM AND SHOW IT TO YOUR BOSS, LET HIM KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT, ITS HAPPENING TO MILLIONS OF PEOPLE. THEY CALL YOU AT WORK JUST HANG UP, OR HAVE SOMEONE TELL THEM YOU GOT FIRED CUZ YOU WERE GETTING TO MANY CALLS AT WORK. THEY WILL NEVER SHOW UP FOR ANY KIND OF COURT DATE OR ANYTHING AND YOU KNOW WHY? CUZ THEY WILL GET CAUGHT THATS WHY. ITS ALL A LIE, THE SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT, OR HAVE YOU ARRESTED OR THEY MIGHT TELL YOU THE POLICE ARE COMING OR ANYTHING JUST TO SCARE YOU TO SEND THEM MONEY, BUT ITS ALL BULLCRAP. DO NOT LET THEM STRESS YOU OUT BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT SO YOU WILL CRACK AND SEND THEM MONEY. JUST EXPLAIN TO YOUR BOSS, AND GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION SO HE WILL UNDERSTAND. TAKE IT EASY. I got a phone call from 877-913-2859 saying it was in reference to a payday loan that I did not pay back. They  left me a message giving me a case number and saying they need to contact me so I they can get my address to my place of employment or residence to serve me with legal papers to appear in court. First of all, if you were serving me papers, you would already have my address and wouldn't need to ask me for it! Another number that is associated is 253-237-1358.. They say they are from USC & Associates. This is a scam!! DO NOT give them any of your information!
