Beware of thse numbers. They are just a part of the scam. - Teri@ABC replies to Anonymous| 8 repliesAnonymous - I am talking with a cyber secruity expert in India today who is head of FIST, Foundation of Information Security and Technology, which aims at finding resolutions to all security related problems and updating various sections of the society on cyber crime and cyber safety.
I will ask him about E spectrum and Kanani, Khan and Patel. as well as Global e services pvt ltd. - per your posting.
Also have you ever heard of Zeus Inc Private Ltd, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat?
Nirav H Raichura and Parag B Chaudhari are listed as the two directors of Zeus and were named in the FTC filing against American Credit Crunchers - Thacker's group..
Are there a lot of different call centers doing payday loan scams or are they connected?
Please let me know if you have specific info I can check with him since he is there.
I know you said you have many interesting facts to share....Please share them with me.
It might be best to email me offline if you can teriabc@gmail.com.
Thanks very much,
Teri - scam-buster replies to Teri@ABC| 5 repliesTeri - Here is a suggestion. The FCC has a website dedicated to consumer complaints, at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm . The site also provides consumers the option of submitting a sworn statement which is to be used is prosecuting these scam artists. The media can submit a FOIA request for information regarding the activities of this program. You may find connections between the some of these criminal activities, as well an idea of what (if any) action the government has been taking. Best wishes in your investigation.

This sounds familiar. You might want to look up Harshendu Desai of Fremont, CA. He bills himself on a website that I don't have link for as a 'database architect' - fancy name for someone who scours the internet looking for targets.
You might also want to keep your mind open to the possibility that this horse and pony show got/gets its start with American, born and bread, companies looking to get over on the FDCPA.
Good luck. - $$$Chandrakant$$$| 2 repliesI've worked with espectrum in the past, last year when i switched my job , i found a job in company named CONFLUERE IT CONSULTING PVT LTD

this scam started from bhavnagar in gujarat india and than went over.till date thse scams are going on and some companies still make over $200,000 a week. in ahmedabad police cant do anything as they are not familiar for cyber crimes and there is no law for it.
all the details of people are being sold in india by lenders here.
i have got a call from them and searched whats going on and found these people in india. - J replies to gemkHeal Comfort is a "shell company" for these foreign criminals. They scammed me last year. I filed a fraud case with my bank and they reversed the charges and I got my money back but it took months!!!! Do not give anyone financial information without a written copy of the original debt. Thses creeps are using threats and intimidation to defraud consumers out of thousands of dollars!!!!!!

Good idea. I will follow up with the complaints link you sent. We are talking to the FTC but have not yet reached out to the FCC...so I will.
In the mantime, we are really trying to understand how the scam works - i.e., how the calling centers in India get the names and info of Americans, and how the money flows.
I'm reading about these blue-dot cards - but don't quite understand how they fit into the scam.
I would love to talk to anyone with hard info ...any whistleblowers...and anyone with audiotapes or a compelling story of how these scammers victimized you or your family. Please contact me at teriabc@gmail.com. I'll be happy to verify my identity once you contact me there.
Thanks, teri - Teri@ABC replies to terixyzThanks terixyz -

Thanks so much. I hope to hear from you soon.
