Blow a whistle in their ear

When I have NOT filled out forms, surveys, apps, etc and am on the Do Not Call list, I should not have to ask to be taken off any list - SERIOUSLY.  In other words, wah wah wah.

Horse pucky.. 99% of the calls are unsolicited calls made by illegal telemarketers.  And I'm so sorry, but I would wash dishes before ever looking to do a job like that for someone who breaks DNC laws.. Oh, and in case you don't know, new laws went into effect the 16th of Oct.. Business relationship no longer fly's either! Which has been abused and also used as a excuse and lie to blow peoples phones up as well..  Suck it up cupcake!

First of all, I am NOT a Telemarketer so nothing to suck up here darling!!! And I am not wah wah wahing moron!! What I am saying is that it is uncalled for to BLOW a whistle or blow horn into the phone...its WRONG....and if you are doing it you should be charged to the fullest extent of the law!!! Period!!!! and have to pay that persons medical bills....are you all that childish??? or just plain STUPID? You all that let phones get to you, I wonder what you do to your kids that scream and yell and throw tantrums all day....do you blow a whistle in their little faces to make them stop.....

Hey, if they call they get what's coming to them-if they don't want to get a whistle or air horn blown in their ear, maybe looking for a different job-times might be tough but most telemarketers are just too fraking LAZY to get off their butts and do REAL work!

By your way of thinking, you better run down and have your kids teachers, PE Instructors,coach's and ref's arrested and sue them for using whistles on your kids.. Hurry.. don't let the door hit you on the way out --->

It is most unfortunate to have to deal with the typical boiler-room flunky in the front lines of this battle (as observed in the blabbering above "uncalled for" post). I would much prefer to cut straight through to the so called licensed counsel. They are usually hiding under a rock, after setting up the *foreign for profit shell companies* that siphons out of U.S. the ill-gotten credit card deductions. Sometimes they are listed as “agent of process” (Must not be any honor in that title) on the swindling company’s SOS docs. Then get around to the multiple fictitious LLC’s. But yes, have at it, all you headphone wearing, script blabbering telemarketers, even if you have to be dragged through our State District Court to find out who the big criminal shill is.

To all non-compliant telemarketers;
We’ll record you, and do anything we want with your illegal call, including posting you all over the internet. Any of you don’t like it, bring it on. We the Consumer cant wait to see all about you, in front of a Judge.

I would love to know what law that would be? These characters make me laugh.

While trying to harm someone's hearing is not acceptable, I take exception to your statement that I will not be called again if I decline.  I have been called multiple times by entities raising money for a third party after politely telling them no.  Subsequent calls do not get a whistle, but they do have their parentage called into question and with whom they have carnal relations with.  Any group that hires a third party fund raiser has more than enough money to waste so that they do not need my donation anyway.

They should know by now, if they make unsolicited call, they will have whistle in their ears...if they call again is up to them...

I can give them a nice loud Jimi Hendrix rock and roll guitar feedback scream, with all the electronic recording devices attached to a hardwire. Found it accidentally one day, like standing right in front of a Marshal amp stack.

If I am not mistaken there was a time when local phone companies suggested using a whistle for prank calls. I don't see why anyone should treat these calls any differently.
Lets say it was against the law. I doubt any state would waste tax dollars prosecuting somebody over this. Even if it was a call from overseas, I don't see the government handing somebody over an issue like this.
