Chris clearly posted here in 2012 (the date under the name should have given you that clue).  You now expect a reply 5 years later?  Too bad you didn't read the directions on how to use the site either, or else you would have posted in the correct place.  I don't really expect you to read this post either but here is the correct place to post  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-440-399-7292

    Anyone have a complaint with a 440 - 253 number?

Well, you have 2 choices to get an answer.  First you can read every post in this 14 page useless thread.  Or, you could read and learn how to use the site correctly, where you would find that there is a search box.  Now, reasoning that the search box could be used to find things you could take those 6 numbers and put them in the search box and find a whole pile of threads with those numbers in them and get your answer.

Adding numbers to a call blocking list is fruitless, no joy in Mudville. They have ALL the possible numbers available to display they are calling from, you have only 10 (via phone company) or upwards of 10,000 (via an at-home device) to enter into a blocking list. You might consider blocking whole area codes. That would help but not cure the problem.

Except this thread is about calls received from 440 area code numbers, not dialling international numbers.
