A kid who gets weird texts
    909 area code text:
    1)come get my milkshake
    2) I'm laying on my bed with my wet p*ssy
    3) i need your buns to complete my burger
    4) I'm waiting for you
    5) suck my t*tties
    5) meet and [***]?
    6) (a link to pornhub)
I'm a minor never been on inappropriate websites and my number is private. I don't know what the [***] is up with these twisted texts. I also don't share my number publicly either.

The point is don't answer because I once said "stop [***] texting me u scumbag of the earth's incompetent [***] [***]" and it sent me a rather disturbing half naked picture of a half naked women(I'm a 12 year old straight girl) I'm not into that. So I don't know how but my mom is getting these texts and links to porn sites.

I getting tired of this [***]. Any advice?😾😲😷

First file a police report since you are a minor receiving those texts.  Second, have your parents call your carrier up and ask them how to handle it and make sure they understand that you are a minor.  they might tell you to forward the texts to 7726 but ask them what to do and how to do it.  Third, get a call blocking app, they are free and will help with some if not all the texts.
These are criminals, and they simply send out texts just like they send out spam e mail, thousands at a time.  Your number is not "private" it consists of 10 digits.  A computer can dial those ten digits several thousand times in an hour.  the main problem is that you responded to them, so they think they have a "live one". Never ever respond to spam e mails, text messages, calls where you have no idea who called, etc.Remember, it a call is important, they will leave a message, otherwise, who cares why they called.
One last thing, there was no reason to repost the message just to get around the filters.  Once would have been enough.

US Treasury Dept of Internal affairs  909-713-7417. Scam also.  Looking for my son with a warrant for his arrest. Believe me they are not going to warn you if they are going to pick you up.  Same deal guy with Indian accent and an American name.

If the IRS went out and "arrested" everyone that owe them a few thousand dollars, there would not be enough jails or land to build them on.  Also they do not have to file a lawsuit, they just simply put your accounts on freeze if you ignore their letters.  The key word there is "letters" not phone calls.

I agree that is the phone number of a scammer.
There is a webpage for that number at https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-909-258-4090
Your post would have been the first.

In the future, use the Phone Number Search box on the right side of every webpage on this site to look up numbers and get the webpages for them.
