Are you delusional ? The AG has 350+ complaints against the company, FACT. The FBI is closing in, FACT. The Owner has been to prison on RICO and Escape charges, FACT.

There are a lot of accusations on this site, but using all-caps doesn't make a statement true.   Repeating something doesn't make it more credible.  


So here's the bad news.   Some of your criminal records are public information.   Just go to http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/PublicInquiry/ArrestInquiry and type in your name ("James Dale Sprecher").   Also, search your son, Phillip Louis Sprecher.  He's got double the arrests at half your age.    The acorn doesn't fall far from the tree.  

That's just the arrests in Hillsboro County, FL.   There are more arrests and civil lawsuits for fraud.  Securities fraud in PA,  Federal bank fraud.  Falsifying government documents, drugs, drugs, drugs.  Pot and Heroin.  Nice.  

So, Jim aka Honest Employee, why don't you tell the good people who you really are and what you've done.

Complaint: This company never did what we paid $7500 for
we were told 3 months to get our GSA number, that was never done, we have been waiting 18 months and completed everything that was required of us, there is always some reason for the delay or some excuse bottom line they just drag it out as long as they can and then never give you your GSA number, its a major fraud, five months ago they told me 120 days then when that passed the proceeded to tell me there is no time limit as to how long it could take them, in other words until they have another excuse

They could take 10 years and say that there is nothing they can do to finish it, The problem is that you cannot specify an indefinite time as a possible completion. A legitimate company would offer a time frame. On top of that the guy who sold us on working with this company told us it would be 3-6 months for completion, that is very much different from 15 months. And we were told if we ever have someone who wants to do business with us and we need our GSA number faster they will push it through, when I contacted GSA with a potential buyer we had waiting on our number they said it would need to be a contract of $300,000.00 or more before they could do that. This is NOT what we were told.

by the facts of this matter as shown in our previous letter. lf Mr. ****** would review the facts before making false statements we would see that the agreement he signed was for services for the preparation and submission of a GSA schedule application. We did prepare and submit the application for the GSA schedule on July 19, 2012.

We have provided the GSA application services as required under the terms of our agreement. lf Mr. ****** believes that continued complaints to your office will expedite the processing of his GSA application, he is mistaken. We have no
control over how long is takes the General Services Administration to review a submitted application. If Mr. ****** wants to be proactive in doing business to the government, we are enclosing a listing of some of the steps he can be prepared to move forward with in marketing his company to government buyers.

What an unbelievable horrible lie!!! There is NO operation based in Richmond. Pay them a visit...just TRY to schedule an actual appointment in Richmond...it will NEVER HAPPEN.  GSA & PAMCO is run by complete scumbags.  The only people working for the crooked owners are doing so because of federal arrest records and lacking credentials.  The whole place employs the bottom of the barrel...only those who CAN'T secure decent employment at any other office that actually checks employee credentials.  Those who do figure out the company's shady side and don't last more than 2-3 months. Just ask their most recent bid writer - in and out in 2 weeks. "Mgmt" is so horribly inept - they do not even know how to hire real talent.

Angela, the contact in the link above, LIES!  Nobody is located or based in Richmond, VA. She is in the GSA Applications building in Oldsmare. LIES AND MORE LIES...Why??? Don't believe it?  Get her to sit down and have a meeting in the "Richmond office".  Go visit the "richmond" office yourself.  It is empty.  There is no office and no professional marketing team in Richmond. Nobody really knows how Jim tricked Angela into working for him...but he must have some good dirt on her. If she was truly skilled or qualified, she wouldn't waste another second of her career working for lying scumbags. Shame on her.

Note: Enlibra is Ted Davis' company.  He is an equally filthy lying scumbag and ego-maniac. However, he is considerably smarter than everyone combined at GSA Applications. GSA was stupid enough to employ Ted as a contract-executive in early 2012. Sprecher got what he deserved and was nearly conned. Talk about cons dealing with cons!  Ted was found out to be a fraud, but recognized the potential profitability of selling GSA consulting services.  He tricked a few scumbags and lured them away from GSA after Sprecher found him out and fired him.  Now he is competing with them.  While he IS much smarter and business savvvy....he is also in it for the quick buck and will steal your money.  He is very persuasive and knows just enough to be dangerous,. Enlibra is NOT truly based in MD - they lie just like PAMCO does. All of their supposed employees work remotely and no true office location can be identified. Ted Davis - Enlibra and GSA/PAMCO - Jim Sprecher had a brush with each other...but are completely separate from each other. They will both sell you a deal they can't deliver on. Stay clear of them both!!!

Enlibra is a company that has a solid reputation in the industry. They have worked with the Government for over 10+ years and has a solid reference base. The sad thing is when a competitor has nothing better to do, that can write fake comments on 800 notes.
