I've gotten about 3 calls in the last 3 days from a Jesse Denard offering me a 5 year contract with GSA. And then find the source of the name being used, Fed Ver employee? Or other?

240 AG complaints is a greater # then the combined total of Chargebacks, BBB complaints, lawsuits, small court claims, arbitration hearings and letters from attorneys representing disgruntled clients

Let that sink in…….the combined total of all of those other actions is less than the AG complaints

AG complaints were driven by competitors and that can be proven by depositions that FED Ver has

The overwhelming majority of these 92 padded their reasons when the filed their AG complaint after losing their chargeback request

Now add in GSA,  GSA is so bogged down and under staffed, that Fed Ver has 100’s of submitted applications waiting for the 1st review by a GSA officer.

The AG lawsuit was easy to file, incredibly low standard to prove deceptive practices

The only 2 pieces of evidence for deceptive trade practices that Fed Ver has ever seen!

Winning a lawsuit in court requires more than 2 emails, 7 clients that wanted a refund because they lost a chargeback request and 8 ex employees that were either fired for poor performance or because they left to work for a competitor operation

If GSA is sitting on files yet to be reviewed for 3+ years, doesn’t GSA add in to the mix?

Channel 10’s last “spotlight on Fed Ver”  segment included a repeat of a so called disgruntled business owner in tarpon Springs, that business owner received a GSA award prior to their last segment running, Calloway and 10 didn’t even bother to call the rerun segments to see what their current status was

Somebody needs to investigate the investigators and reporters for their shoddy work

I wish I was making all this up and the AG didn't have enough proof to not only halt the Federal Verification investigations, but to shut down, if not have the DA pursue criminal charges vs. Mike Pirolo and Jon Logan for all their slander and outright thievery.

I've been around and had many sales jobs and nobody has ever encouraged me to lie or trick people into thinking we are the Gov't, or that they are guaranteed contracts. I'm not naive though, I'm sure sales reps have come through here and said pretty much anything to get sales, it happens at every sales job I've ever worked. But there truly are companies where the managers scream down your throat and tell you to lie cheat and steal your way to that next deal.

This company is not one of those places, in fact if anything I always thought management was a little too lax and that they could keep a stronger presence on the floor!

We can't make people be honest, nor can we expect them to do the right thing, the AG knew they really didn't have a case against this company within a couple of months, and they could have dropped it! But instead, they drug the officers of this company through the mud for years, all knowing the whole time they were going to have to cut an 11th hour deal cause, get this, they had proof the whole time that their plaintiff was the only one they actually had any hard evidence of any wrong doings.

I will summarize the intro by saying that the Florida AG and James D Sprecher reached an agreement. That agreement prohibits the following (and I will be quoting the Order from this point forward):
A. Making, expressly or by implication, any false or misleading oral or written representation in connection with the marketing, advertising, promoting, offering for sale, selling or providing government contract assistance or consulting services relating to submission of offers or documentation to facilitate an award of United States General Services Administration ("GSA") Schedule(s) through GSA application processing services or attainment of qualifications to become eligible to provide goods or services through federal procurement.
*****B. Directly soliciting Consumer for the sale of GSA application processing services.*****
C. Assisting others in making misrepresentations to the Consumers of GSA application processing services.
D. Directly or indirectly owning, controlling or managing a third party who solicits Consumers for the sales of GSA application processing services and who refers the Consumer to the Defendants, or either Federal Verification or Sprecher, for the processing of the Consumers application to the GSA (collectively, "Referral Sources").
E. Consulting with Referral Sources on their sales methods, techniques or "pitches".
****F. Directly or indirectly engaging in business as a provider of GSA application processing services in a name other than "Federal Verification Co., Inc.," including the use of any registered fictitious name, except as provided in the monthly reporting provision in Section III.G. below.****
G. Acquiring a Consumer (as defined herein) for GSA application services from any Referral Source directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or managed by Defendant.

It is a long painful Order essentially shutting down all marketing operations for a company that has ripped off THOUSANDS of business owners.
