Something I always tell people I know, when they have some kind of financial claim, is to expect a blanket "NO" from the insurer. It's their business model, and does not imply a final offer, but instead is their opening negotiating position. My philosophy beyond this point (if "NO" is their response) is to demand twice what I want, then negotiate to somewhere near the middle. It's worked for me so far...
if the file is not FDCPA wilber does not have to send any proofs or let you know that they are a collections agency. Wilber can legally send your info to the dmv for review of license suspension and the state decides whether or not there is legible proof to suspend until the debt is paid its not their fault yall decide to drive without insurance and dont take car of your priorities
