No, I don't believe Wilbur can place a suspension according the the information on the BMV website if you didn't cause the crash:

Ya learn something new every day. I've heard of the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) but not the BMV.

Well, I was driving my prize van down the street in Arizona.  I hit a porta potty from PPP Industries in the rest stop parking lot.  PPP says I did damage to their property, but porta pottys  aren’t covered on my policy.  Is Wilbur and Associates going to pull my license.

I guess Ohio wanted to be different.

I don't think they will pull your license.  But I do think many people posting in this thread are pulling our leg.  Much like posts in the "Can a debt collectors show up at your door" and "Can I be arrested for defaulting on a title loan" thread, I think a handful of trolls are trying to repeatedly put one over on the regulars.

They've all been trying to convince him that his position is wrong, often rudely or incoherently, and that Wilber poses a grave threat.

- So many have harped upon that one comment from Yoda1725 because it's on the front page, suitable for short attention spans, and simple even for grade school dropouts in the collection industry to comprehend.

Now ... because we don't have all the answers here for a difficult subject, and the issue could be highly variable depending on a person's residency, it would be very nice if everyone would quit telling ghost stories. So i have the same problem so can they really suspend my L's this is crazy i didnt even get the folks iformation saying they wanted me to pay for anything evwn when the car accident happen but they are after me saying i owe 5283$ i dont have a job and i told them that and they said they could. Suspend my license like they said i could do 20% thays still alot like why cant i talk to the owner i got in to it with because they never asked me questions all they said was no one was hurt and that they were ok
