Received call with my own name and number in caller ID!

I received a call and on my caller ID it listed my name and phone number. I did not call myself I did not answer

I often get calls from scammers using my name and number on the caller ID.  It is usually a credit
card scam, but can be anything.  I have read that when you do get a call from someone using
your number on the caller ID, it is always a scam, and don't ever answer it.
I even received a credit card scam call using a neighbor's name and number.  That was
the limit for me.  It's time the idiots in Congress do something about it.

We have received several like that and some where our fax machine # shows when it rings the fax machine.  We laugh.

My mom for 2 call today with our own phone number and name how is this even possible
