Is this your business, which is Canadian ?  http://www.nationaltravelassociates.org/

Why did you resurrect this thread ? There have been several complaints posted, yet you attack Tamianth.

Your snarky remark to Tamianth causes me to think you are incredibly dense at understanding what has been written, or you are a public-relations shill trying to do damage control, yet going about it all wrong.

The business name "National Travel Associates" shows a lot of complaints on several websites, whether the business is in Nevada or in Canada.

Googling that business name found me this 2015 complaint from a Toronto company's website :

    SCAM WARNINGS TO EXHIBITORS
Attention all Exhibitors. Please be aware of the following scams.

    SOLICITATION FOR HOTEL RESERVATION
Please remain alert for solicitations from National Travel Associates, Global Housing Corp., Corporate Booking Services (CBS), The Rooms Connect (aka Rooms Connection), Convention Housing Services, Six Point Travel, Tradefair
Services, or other travel agencies of which we are not aware, soliciting your Hotel Reservations.

These companies are in no way affiliated with the Toronto International Boat Show, and are not authorized by the hotels to make reservations on your behalf.

We do recommend you call hotels directly to book your reservations. Hotel Representatives will not be calling exhibitors directly.

SOLICITATION FOR FREE DIRECTORY LISTING, SHOW GUIDE AND ADVERTISING -- BY PUBLISHERES NOT AUTORIZED BY TORONTO BOAT SHOW

Please also remain alert for solicitations from FAIR Guide, EVENT Fair, Commercial OnLine Manuals S de RL de CV (based in Mexico) and European City Guide, S.L. (based in Spain), or other agencies of which we are not aware of, soliciting your “updated” “FREE” listing/advertisement in their exhibitor directory. In reality, the forms are costly long-term contracts for which you agree to pay thousands of dollars.

If you receive a form from either of these companies, please ignore/discard it.
These publications are in no way affiliated with the Toronto International Boat Show or the Official Show Guide & Show Directory, which is published by Adastra Media Inc. in conjunction with Kerrwil Publications.

We are very proud of our Show Guide, which is distributed at show entrances. We do not endorse or participate in the FAIR Guide, EVENT Fair, or other agencies, and unauthorized exhibitor guides are not distributed at the Show.

If you would like to advertise in the Official Show Guide of the Toronto Boat Show, published by Adastra Media Inc. in conjunction with Kerrwil Publications, please contact Mark Collett, Adastra Media, at 250-706-1056 or by email at markcollett@kerrwil.com.

You may also contact Show Manager Cynthia Hare with any questions or concerns you have at 905-951-4054 or charel@canadianboatshows.com.

I will NEVER work with this company again as they now have more than $5,000 of my company's money for hotel rooms that WE didn't use. BE VERY CAREFUL  with them!! On the phone they will tell you that as long as you cancel a reservation before a certain date there are no penalties. And I cut my reservations in half prior to their stated deadline, thinking there we be no penalties.  However, at the bottom of their contract it says "Any reductions due for changes or cancellations will be applied as credit for customer’s next booking. Credit will expire if not utilized within 180 days of issue."  Now, they never issued me a credit or sent me any communication that I had one coming. So they've decided that it is within their rights to keep my company's $5000+.  Horrible company!  And the rooms were no "bargain." Hotel was subpar with no  elevators.  Run, do not walk, away from this company.

The number thread needs your information; there have been no posts at all in 2016.
Also let the idiot caller know that your business will never send out credit card information in emails because it is a very insecure method of sending such information.
