Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

Good Morning,   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wester_Union    Money orders ...they are exempt of regulations ....Monopoly with no rules.. do not talk to them, send them Cease and Desist Notice.
Officials, Banksters, Govm...who attempt to violate the law, and understand this, the agreement
between the parties is the law of the contract.
Demanding debt validation... No Contract, no invoice no debt, period.
Just remember, All codes, regulations, statutes and rules of corp. and everything you think is Law,
is merely " contracts in commerce" No Contracts, no authority.

You should talk to your employers and show them this site. Let them know how many others are going thru the same thing. Like life is not hard enough... we have to go thru this crap too??!! I applied for a payday loan.. saw the interest rate and thought YIKES!!! I changed my mind. But guess my info was already out there and then they started calling. I would give anything to take back the second I thought it was ok to appy for anything over the internet! Good luck

I wish there was something you could do. I have been getting calls from these creeps for well over a year. They stop for a while and you think they are finally going to leave you alone.. then in a couple of months.. it starts all over again! I'm sorry to tell you that.  You can report them to all of the approopriate agencies and maybe someday something will be done. I guess it's hard because they are overseas somewhere and subject to any of our rules or regulations.  They just started calling me AGAIN in the last few days and I'm not going to respond to them this time. Talking to them, telling them off, cursing at them..just seems to egg them on. I originally applied for a payday loan and then changed my mind..but I guess by then it's too late. You information is out there for these bottom feeders to snatch up. I for one will NEVER EVER AGAIN..fill an application out online. EVER! good luck

Yes!! They used that new application that people are downloading to their smart phones now claiming to be calling from my job and said that they talked to my manager and informed him that I owed money for a loan  that I never applied for and that I was fired from my job. Their number is (734) 619-7823. Their indian sounds like to me, but I called my job to verify the information and my employer said that it's a scam going on and that they were asking for personal information about me. I also talked with a personal attorney myself and I was told the same thing about it being a scam as well. People please dont give out personal information over the computer this is a result of applying for credit cards online or anything online asking for your social security number online. Hope this information help someone that has been a victim of this scam!!!!

Another # 585-331-8608 - Scammer using the name Officer Alec Burjer

The same thing happened to me.  I applied online and the site was not secure.  Immediately they start calling - some are foreign and speak in a very broken accent, threaten to sue, say crazy things like "beware of the situation that is about to unfold on you....Good luck".  They call my employer, my family members and tell them I am being charged with fraud.  Afraid I will get fired.

other number they scammed my daughter from951-489-0221. my daughter i a eighteen year old college student who has never been in trouble a day in her life. don't let this happen to your kids or yourself. report the call tothe local police fraud unit, because  you are the victim of extortion and they have all your info. do notverify anything to them.....

Same we asked for him to send the court papers to the address he has, but they refused flat out.

My sister applied for a payday loan and was denied. Now we have a creditor named Nick Thomas constantly calling my house trying to get my sister to pay a loan she never received. Can someone please tell me how to take legal actions against these con artist. This is his this Nick Thomas keeps calling from 2028214774

Yup I insulted Allah over the phone and the guy literally went silent. Dead Air for about 2 minutes them chanted something and hung up. My guess is they are in a muslim central asian republic, Malaysia or Indonesia. They have said they are in Asia to other people who have posted here.

I am not kidding you with this story.  It really worked.  They called me about a month ago, and the guy said his name was John White.  I messed with him a little, asked some questions, acted like I was nervous.  Then I asked him what his name was again.  When he told me his name I said that he sounded more like a Habib or Hussein than a John.  He asked me if I was crazy, and then hung up.  I haven't heard a peep from them since.  I guess if you offend them, they'll leave you alone.  Hoping it continues.

I received same calls a couple of days ago on 09/16/11 from a James White 1714-243-8316 claiming to work with the Law Group of Mckinney threaten to have a legal case againt me from a so call payday loan that I never received I owe & never paid back.could not give me information about the payday loan company nor date when transaction took place ..But had my personal info how? Hung up when I said I'm reporting him & his so called business to the BBB. I hope I scared him off & will not call me again never..please list that no# as a scam
