Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

I'M NOT SURE HOW TO STOP THEM, BUT I AM WILLING TO TRY....THEY HAVE ALSO USE THE NAMES OF ROBIN SMITH, KEVIN PETERSON, KEVIN ROGERS.

New number, I have recieved 5 calls in 2 days, I didn't answer!  He said his name was Jack Williams.

This is so sad that people have the power to do this and get away with it.

Forgot to add that their name was Dan Jones.  The accent was so bad that he mumbled through the message.  I had to listen to the message at least 5 times and I still didn't get it all.  He sounded nice though...hahahahaha

"Calling to notify you of pending litigation in your respective county.  Failure to return this call could result in a summons being served to your home or place of employment."  WTF?

Add this to the list.  On my call ID the number was 810671286.  I ignored it..note, I had these calls a few months ago and thank goodness for forums like this I searched before returning the calls and learned they were bogus.  Todays call back number was 510-666-4653 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-510-666-4653).  Seems to be a new number as I haven't seen but one comment on this number.

This is a new number calling saying they are an officer and if I dont call today they will prosecute me.  They have been doing this to me for 2 yrs now.  And I never went to jail yet.  I dont know what this is about and they never sent me any information either.  I told them if they send me something saying I owe it I will pay what I owe but not just paying money and dont even know what it is for.  Wish these people could get a real life....OMG.

This is the number that called me and wouldn't tell me who they were or what the debt was. They just kept saying that Criminal Charges were filed against me and they needed to talk to my Criminal Lawyer. I said what for, I haven't done anything. They called my phone several times but wouldn't leave a voice message. Then they started texting and saying please call. This is rediculous! I turned them in and hope they quit calling cause I know this is a scam. Look out for them.

I have also been harrassed by a payday loan collection agency. Greenberg and Stein
Says he is an agent with the check fraud division, they are out of Georgia!! He has been calling every month around the same date since July.. He has called people that I put down as a reference on a payday loan.He is threatening them with legal action if I don't make good on this debt. He refuses to send me any paperwork saying I got all the paperwork before. This loan is supposedly from 2006.
They only want me to handle this over the phone with my bank info. I tell him many many times I will not give my bank acct info. He states they will come and serve me at my home or work..He has told me since July that the acct has been turned over to the court. but if I pay by the closing of the day, he can keep it out of the courts as a courtesy to say me from being embarrassed!!!. either it is turned in or it isn't..which is it?

I got a call from the Financial Crime Department also under this number 1-786-431-3129 a Mr. Green talked to me and would not give me any information at all he told me that he was going to take my references and me to court and then to jail.  He told me i had a payday loan from 12-2007 he got nasty when i asked for his company address and i told him that i'm requesting from him and his company a notice about the debit he is calling me about i needed proof of it before i would pay it.  He told me that after i paid for it i would have proof.  I told him no thank you.   I told him he had 5 days to send me the proof i wanted he told he couldn't do that.  I told him by law he had to he told me not to tell him about the law i told him someone had to since he was refusing to do it

8508105825 calls me all the time looking for my friend. said they will send me to jail, rape me, put me in jail....so on and so on. of course this guy had to find out the hard way i take as good as i get. i've been a debt collector for over 10 years, really not getting one over on me. it amazes me that people actually fall for this!!!! i asked for the case number and address of the court house where i could surrender myself and hung up.....but then called me 16 times in a row and then called back again today. this has been on going for almost a year. it is a number in FL but was in IL, its then routed overseas.

Same messages to me. Numerous calls today and left a messaged saying he was an Officer and I was going to be in BIG trouble if I didn't call back.

I received a call from 877-709-2812 on 9/10/10.  This is a scam phone call for a Fake Payday Loan.  When I called back to have myself removed and tell them I didn't fill out an application for a loan I couldn't talk to a live person.  I pressed 9 to have myself removed from their list.

Either they stopped using this number or they're praying as per the Muslim holiday.  Don't let that stop you from posting new numbers, bombarding them and shutting them down one by one.
