OMG!!!  I was told the same thing about "a situation will unfold on me"...I was like "what in the world?"

I'm so Effin' sick of these guys!  They call us 15 times a day, even SPOKE to my atty, and as of yesterday the called us small american *fu*kers" and that they were going to send a BOMB to my address (spelling out my address).

How the HELL can catch these guys??  I've had callls from law firms, everything listed above.. They're calling my husbands work, they're call our FRIENDS, etc.  They got the info from a payday loan filled out LAST YEAR!!  CONTACTS AND ALL!!

They claim I defaulted on a payday loan (NOT). Middle Eastern accents.  Same male uses a different American name each time.  Name changes, accent does not.  Now they have decided to have "Samantha" call me. <eyeroll>   Claim to be from:  United Financial Criminal Investigation Division (Dept).  Claims I will have a 'situation' unfold on me if I don't immediately return phone call.

I was called numerous times the last two days.  It has to stop.  I was cursed, threatened and when I called Adam Smith to tell him that I had reported him he told to the cops were coming.  I said no they comin for you.  He cursed some more and then hung up.  Psycho!!!!!!!!

The real crime here is that the US state department simply doesn't consider this avalanche of consumer fraud coming from overseas as a relevant issue to be addressed by the countries virtually underwriting these frauds.   Since they are beyond the reach of domestic law enforcement, only pressure on the offending governments will result in any solution.

These people make me mad.  I don't owe anything - I know it and they know it.  That doesn't stop them from trying to call and threaten arrest and then curse you out for calling them on their scam.

My debt (including a payday loan) was discharged in bankruptcy court - lost my job and my house.  I Spoke to my lawyer about this (no one goes to jail for debt).  I've decided to wage a campaign against them by having everyone post each and every new number they use so they can be harassed.

Ask them if they know Jesus, tell them they will go to hell if they don't repent - the end is near; play annoying, explicit music; play them soundboards - offensive, funny, sexual...use your imagination!

These people are no different than pirates, kidnappers, terrorists or thieves.  They do not have caller ID and they are obviously operating outside of the United States.  Please help me put their numbers out of service as soon as they spoof new ones - just tie up their lines at the very least, put them on hold and walk away.  do it again.  With Google chat you can call any number in the US for free!
