had an earlier call this month from someone who 'acted surprised' that I was unaware of the situation.  i listened shortly and then hung up on him.  i wish i had that phone number...

Okay so I have to get the number they called ms on @work but these people named nicole or something calls me today and says they are from bryon and keeth. Don't seem foreign like the ones who usually call me.  Saying I owe them money before the fraud area gets involved sn goes through my paychecks.   This is nuts.  I told them to screw off.  I had a co worker call them back to see what they say and they said they can't tell them what company they are.  They even called tge number back asking how he got that number abd whY did be call after hesaid that he dialed the wrong number. It's a 780 number I think

I hope this post doesn't offend anyone, I just wanted to let you know how ignorant and uneducated these people are!

Okay so my husband calls me and says call this number 888-336-5999 they keep calling my work. (he is a Sheriff's Deputy) So I call and get someone names Mr. Jones on the phone (Middle Eastern accent) stating that my husband received a payday loan via internet and that he hasn't paid a dime. I immediately started asking questions because I handle the finaces in the home and I know my husband wouldn't dare. He says if it isn't resolved we are facing charges of Theft by deception, check fraud and numerous other charges. So, I start to get angry and tell him he is full of you know what! he says very quickly have your attorney call us and hung up... Then wouldn't answer the phone at all after several attempts to call him back. They answered the phone "Law Office", I mean what a joke... So my hubby and his friends spent the whole night calling and making rediculus stories up just to harrass them like they did us. So our friend gave them a fake name of Peter B. Draggon, a fake phone number and they say, "Oh yes Mr. Draggon it is good that you called because charges are being filed as we speak. They said you owe $350 and if not taken care of $450 would be owed!" Our friend saids," Well, I'm a porn star! Didn't you catch the name" Peter B. Draggon?" hahaha Then says, Tell me what my SS# is if you have it they just kept saying oHHH we have it.... so from a fake name and phone number they found that my friend supposedly owed this money! well that was last week and my hubby and friends still aren't letting up on these guys its quite funny you all should try it and give them a taste of their own medicine.!

Do what I do - don't answer the phone. Anyone I want to speak with will leave a message.

Told them calls were being recorded by law enforcement and they hung up.  I also called one of them an Al Queda MF and told him he was going to be shipped to Guantanamo.

I have bombarded them with insulting calls just to waste their time.  One guy said he was in a helicopter so i told him I was going to call the army to shoot it down.

All of these people are fake and when you insult them you'll chase them to a new number.  But they are fun to riducle and made to feel like the scum they are.

PS - always call from a phone where you have your caller ID blocked so they can't trace the call.

(Holly, I posted this message under the phone number link you posted too.) — Call from David Simmons (or Simons or Simon). Had an accent of some kind. Says he was from the "Federal Grant Bureau" and left a number, 866-978-7695. Caller ID said Washington DC but as you know, caller IDs can be spoofed. This so called Federal Grant Bureau does not exist. Making such calls like this is actually a Federal offense, I believe. We have notified the phone company and calls are now being tracked. We are also contacting other authorities including the state attorney's office.

I received a voicemail today from a so called "Lee Parker" 734-713-7239 after he called seven times in a  two minute span. I guess he said his name was Lee. I really couldn't understand him with his thick accent. The last time I received a phone call like this was about 3-4 months ago. I got them to stop when I wouldn't let them get a word in and asked them to send me something in writing that shows that this "so called" debt they are trying to collect on is legitimate. Of course they got pissed and hung up on me.

Their is a company out there located in Texas claiming to be FIRST IRS legal department who call me once or twice a day and leave a voice mail claiming I need to call them back at some 800 number..I investigated the number and found this info: they are a payday loan collection company. I took out a payday loan last year and PAID it off. They keep calling saying I still owe the money. They call my work my house my cell and ALL my reference numbers daily. When they call again I will post the number. DON'T fall for this crap. They called me at work and told me that I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning and that I had better pay by credit card right now. I told the lady to f**k off and before I hung up she said she was contacting human resources of my company to get a garnishment on me. They are all liars they cannot do any such thing nor will you go to jail. PLEASE DO NOT FALL for this CRAP!!!!!

They said I'm in legal trouble because of an online payday loan (I've never gotten an online payday loan), something about me owing them $8400, and they need my attorney's information. After requesting a supervisor or someone in American, I was transfered multiple times to many different people with very think Indian accents. When I told them I need to speak with someone I can understand so that I can figure out what's going on, they started yelling at me, mocking me, and hung up on me. I'm pretty sure that no law office conducts business this way.. scammers.

I need to add another number to the lis t for the scammers: (404) 566-9455 ext.109 - Officer Robert Jackson. I received a call today on my work and cell phone numbers.
