- AddiOk, so I just got a call from this number saying I need to be served with paperwork.
And the name they gave of the person being served isn't my name. - LoisI've received two calls from this ridiculous number. I never pick up and they never leave a message. I assume it's some kind of scam from overseas. I get at least 4 weird calls everyday, never fails, from various unknown phone numbers even though I've been on do not call list for years. I get fed up sometimes and just unplug my phone.
- Ticked off replies to MattsPopThank YOU! Will do!
- Carole replies to Tom| 3 repliesThe best thing to do is NOT ever answer the phone when it's a # you don't know. All they need is for you to pick up the phone, Then they have open access to your account. You could have thousands of $$$$ charged to your account.
- jenthey keep calling.. i finally decide to answer like twice n no answer. they hang up.. n yeah no messages or anything

ROFLMAO! - AuroraLast night I got a call from 000-000-0000. I was the only person awake in the house, it was half past eleven. I was too scared to answer. No message was left after the call. After thinking about it, I think it could be a new way to block your number for prank calls. I'm going to google it to see if there's a way to do it.

- Morpheus replies to Dave| 2 replies"the "DO NOT CALL list doesn't help. It was created to establish more govt office space for campaign friends of the politicians."
Thanx for the fear mongering inaccurate information! - MorpheusI have a habit of not answering numbers that I don't know, unless I am expecting someone to call. So, that & even when I happen to miss a call, they call and never leave messages, which is a good thing as that would just cost me minutes on my cell phone anyway...
They called for a few days and I sent it right to voice mail, seeing the "000-000-0000" on my caller ID. They kept calling so I finally answered. I flipped out. I questioned the genetic heritage of the mother of the guy that I was talking to, asking him how much moonshine his grandmother ingested while his mother was still in his grandmother's womb, etc., ..
He flipped out on me & cursed me out. I hung up on him. But, not before telling him to take his med's and never have children of his own. He called back...three times! I sent them to voice-mail and he left no messages.
I've registered my number with the DO NOT CALL registry and I highly suggest that everyone else do the same. You should also file a formal complaint with them, demanding that more be done to make the DO NOT CALL registry more complete and so that it more actively goes after these repeatedly offending morons. My number has been on their registry for over 6 months and these idiots still call but, that's what the filing a complaint is for! I can't say that I have all that much faith in the DO NOT CALL registry; but, it's better than doing nothing.
If you're really inspired, hell, call your local, state & federal political representatives & demand that enforcement of the DO NOT CALL registry be reinforced and that it be strengthened, even more so that what it is, supposed to be, now!- Caller: ???

- MarquesThey call at least 10 times a day with weird accents.
- Chelsy ThwreattI keep getting calls from 0000000000 at odd hours of the day. They leave messages and never say anything when i answer. They only breathe then hang up. Thought about pretending to be a police officer next time they called to see I'd it would scare them. I'm on the registered do not call list as well.
- Caller: no idea
- noreenThis number appeared on my phone several times. Sometimes within minutes of each other. I know there is no ooo area code and since no message was left, I figured it was not important. I don't want to be solicited by unwanted calls. What to do?
- Cameron campI have asked them to not call yet, they still call 5+ times a day.
- A. L. RobertsI received a call from this number for 4 days and when I answered they hung up. On the 5th day a man with a foreign accent started talking. He said he was with the Grant Dept. in Washington,D.C..
I had been approved for a grant because I paid my bills on time, etc. I was to be awarded a grant for $9,300.00 from a demographic survey and all I had to do was call 202-738-1453 speak to the assistant Manager of the grant dept for U.S. Grant in Washington and I would be awarded a grant. I did not have to pay money back it was free.. The man who called me said his name was Ramon Brown.- Caller: U.S. Grant Dept. Washington, D.C.
- LucyIn May 2011, I got a phone from this number. A man asked for my husband. I gave the phone to my husband. After he talked to the man on the phone for a few minutes, he told me it was a job interview from a food factory. Then he went out.
The number kept calling until December of 2011. Then I know it was not a phone from the food factory. I asked my husband where he went after he got the phone. He never told me. Instead, he told me to do a investigation. Yesterday, July 6,2013, this phone number called again. I picked up the phone and it was a man. When I asked who's that? the man stopped the phone.
I doubt it is a phone from some bad person hooking for man for a prostitute or other sex partner.
I would like to divorce my husband if I can get the real proof that he is hurting me.
I hope people can help me.
