I get calls nonstop from an indian accent guy claiming something is wrong with my computer....(I don't have a computer and he will NOT stop calling. If I hang up on him he will call right back. He has called at 230 in the morning!! I don't know how to report the guy since tere's no valid phone number! I am beyond frustrated!

I am contently get calls from 000-000-0000.but none on other end when I answer.very confused and it upsets me.

Starting to get calls from this number again.  Caller with a thick accent asked for me by name. Looks like the old "problem with your computer" scam.  I hung up.

do not call list HOG WASH ive been on this list for over 7 months and this 0000000000 still continues to called even though ive block them. twice a day they call the phone will ring once still annoying, calls from them close to a year.

This number just called me about possible viruses in my computer. They told me to log into my computer and follow her instruction. as I was loggin into my computer I just asked her name and what is the purpose for this...she just hung up.

when I saw the all zero number, I figured it was bogus.  I can't believe the number of complaints I see.  My experience is pretty much the same as most.  At least I have caller ID and don't answer.

I got a call at 3:14 pm... They called telling me my MasterCard had been froze and to unfreeze it I would have to press one to speak with security branch, I pressed one to hopefully explain that I don't have a MasterCard and after pressing one, the call was ended, I tried calling back and then was told my an automated voice that the call I was trying to reach was out of service.. Wth...

Some companies check the do not call list for numbers they can then phone - one called told me they got my number from the do not call list. Any company can access it to see if they are allowed to call you.

We have been getting calls from this number for weeks now.  They have called from morning until 11:00 p.m.  We have received numerous calls after 9:00 at night.  They leave no message on the recorder.  When I pick it up, a woman's voice on a recorder simply says "goodbye."  One morning call that my husband picked up , a man mumbled something incoherent,  then said "computer." My husband then hung up.  This is harassment and we are sick of it.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone at 1:20am.The recording said that my Mastercard had been locked and to press one to speak to an agent (or something similar.....I wasn't terribly coherent at that time of the morning). I have no Mastercards.

I received this call wanting me to activate my new debit card! It was an automated call.

Our number is also on the do not call list and I get at least 5 a day.  The do not call list does not work unless you are willing to follow through.

Got a call  this afternoon from 000. I can't believe how many postings are on this site. This is such a scam. My phone is blocked by Verizon. I will never turn my phone on. I pay for it but can't use it thanks to these scabs.

I received a call as well. After just reading all comments. Simple plan, "JUST DON'T ANSWER, IGNORE".

Just got a call on my Cell Phone from this number and had to answer it. A man ask for me then told me he was going to send me out a New Diabetic test meter, and if I test my blood every day? I told him I'm not diabetic and to please stop calling me. He said thank you and hung up. I have Mr. Number on my Cell phone and it will not block any call with 000 as area code. So far I havent found any number block app that will block this type number, looks like the telemarketers have found a way to get through.

Get a call from that number at least twice a day. Finally got annoyed and answered it. Some woman with a thick Indian accent who said she was from Microsoft Windows. Something to do with she saw I purchased a computer with Windows and that their system had been corrupted. After that I couldn't understand much else so I just hung up on her.

i really avoid my cell phone, the way is to not answer unknown numbers. if caller does not leave mess, its not important.
