    Horrible people scam artist
Someone from this new has been calling my mother saying for her to give them her Con Edison account number and they would lower her rate.. My mother would not give them any information told them to call me when she called me I told her to take mother's number off of her list.  She called my mother immediately after we got off of the phone and said your daughter said she had no problem with you giving me your account number. Of course my mother didn't do it.  It's a scam and there should be a way to make them stop preying on the elderly.

When you can block the number use the trueCaller app. This particular number I didn't have blocked but it blocked it on its own I just seen I had a missed call and a short message via the true caller app Voicemail all it said was goodbye

When somebody asks me about my computer or my health I tell them my computer and my health are none of their business and hang up.  These telemarketers are all out of their minds but somebody must fall for these quacks or it wouldn't be so common!

Been getting calls since last night. All zeros for numbers. When I answered they knew my full name an said they were the united States government. Here's the creepy part I am out of minutes on my cell phone so I shouldn't be able to receive phone calls. Any thoughts?

10/15/15 16:00 PDT  How does this happen?  All zeroes and dead air on voice mail?  Will attempt to block but so annoyed by this type of crap, would get rid of phone if I hadn't had number for as long as I have.  Tried to block but call blocker does not accept all zeroes!

ridiculous that a scammer would think a number like 000-000-0000 would seem legit... I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

The caller, Unavailable Out of area ( displayed as ID 0 on our phone.) ,  used no number to call us again  @ 08:10 & 08:15, 10.16.2015. We opted not to answer according Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) suggestion.
This caller has called many people, I don.t  know why FCC & FTC  have not stopped it.

Sounds like someone was trying to reach you from a payphone or prison. Maybe you should have answered and spoke to the operator to see where it was coming from it might have been a friend or family member of yours.
