Number was not listed,  listed as Out Of Area,  another one of those Microsoft scammers I assume,  I picked up the phone a cheery Indian Man came on the line, he said  Hi how are you?  I said yeah right you think I'm that stupid you have to have a better joke than that have a good day scammer and hung up he then proceeded to call back so I picked up the phone and hung up in his face,  LOL!  I bet I made his day  :)

You realize that people with no conscience have no problem stealing the identities of the deceased? Why give such information to a complete stranger with a clearly bogus "number"? The polite generations (to which I belong) are making themselves fish in a barrel.

Actually, there ARE local police fraternity and retired cop organizations that do, and will, cold-call you asking you to donate to their organization.  They call me every year, and every year I tell them that I will help them, the day that they help me!  Every year I tell them to take me off their list and that I have no sympathy for the local corrupt incompetent cops.  So cops on the beat won't ask you for money, but fraternal orders of cops and sheriffs will.  In any event, you won't know if they are real or not, so don't fall for any of it.

The caller, Private caller ( displayed as id on our phone ), used no number again @ 11:41 A.M. 10.19.2015.
We didn't answer per FTC suggestion. It has called us & many people many times.

The caller, Unavailable Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ), again used no number to call us @14:29, 10.20.2015. An ID " private caller " called us yesterday too. We opted not to answer unwanted call according FTC suggestion.

I am getting texts from a 000-000-0000 what can I do to find out who it is

The number is spoofed. Seems to be a catch-all number for all sorts of scams

The caller, Unavailable Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ) called us @ 15:34, 10.21.2015 .it has no number displayed on our phone. Per FTC suggestion, we don't answer unwanted call on the spot.
It called us almost daily now.

They called 2xs said they were with the Republican Party I said do not call again I'm on do not call  list so I will see if it works.Its so rude to be interupted with people that just want ur MONEY

I got one from the same number saying they are from the US government and I have been approved for a grant

The caller, Out of  area ( displayed as ID on our phone.) used no number to call us @ 12:40  noon, again.10.22.2015. It  almost called us daily this week. We don't answer unwanted call on the spot, so the actual call don't  get pay from Out of employer.

The caller, V0231624721002867 Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ), called us without number @ 14:27, 10.23.2010. I just received an " Out of area without number 12:40 noon today. The caller V + 15 digits ( few times 14 digits ) used to have phone number, with many area codes & different number?
Are they same caller? or in one group?
