Got a call from this, said "out of area". I now have a phone with Call Block (up to 250 numbers, and I may have to buy another phone with more call block at some point)  No message left, I pressed Call Block and added it to the list. There is no way there's a number that's real with all 0's

I received a call from these [***] today @ 1:02pm. They left a computer generated voice message on my answering machine telling me that my microsoft account has been locked due to an outside of the USA threat! The message said that I needed to call a 1-877 number immediately to speak to a microsoft agent about unlocking my account! If my microsoft account was locked and inaccessable, how could I be on the internet right now typing this message? This nothing but a scam to try and gain your personal info so that they can do some REAL damage! If you see the number 000-000-0000 on your caller ID, DO NOT ANSWER!! Just let your answering device answer it and then delete it.

Not sure if this is a coincidence but one of the many weird numbers that called me within a 3hour span was a Kenyan number

Over the last two years or so, I've received many calls from this number and haven't answered. I finally, out of curiosity, answered. The guy said he was from MIcrosoft and that my computer was sending them warning messages that it had been infected with a virus. I told him I had a Mac and that I don't use Microsoft and he went off on a screaming tirade calling me all sorts of disgusting names. I hung up. Obviously not from Microsoft, not with a really thick Indian or Pakistani accent.
