I have had this morons calling me on my cell for 2 years off and on.
I have Pros that work for Goverment division,that's how time cosuming this situation took. Even Breaking some rules and why not they do it
This people are collecters who buy the rights from companies such as payday loans or any Co. That you owe in the past.they sell your info for a third of what they lost from u. This people use a special machine that makes calling cards.they can put any number they want. Their best know for 000-000-0000 also from hundreds of other numbers they can use,so when u call the can't be reached,after they harass they might leave a legit number you might talk to them  but u are being charged for over seas call.
Soultion-- go to goggle find look guard,it costs a one time fee of $7.95
Follow instructions and when they call go back check ur history on ur cell to use this item. Block any number  u want even the unkowns  and of course
000-000-0000, good luck and God bless.

I have up to 10 calls a day from the mysterious 0000000000 number. I have answered and asked to be taken off the call list the answer I received was quite simply NO and they hung up???!!

I live in Toronto Canada, the ID attached to this number is:

V08071128590009  (a VOIP call?  I don't really know what they are, but have heard of them)

I knew this was some type of scam but decided to answer anyway.  Indian sounding gentleman says my computer has been hacked (he quoted my name and phone number, don't remember if he mentioned my address)

I played along with him but also played dimb, and didn't answer his questions properly or in a whisper so he couldn't hear me, he said we have a bad connection, and I told him to call me back...he mentioned something about Buffalo,  then hung up.

This is a scam, please don't reveal any info about your computer, otherwise they will hack into it for real,and steal your identity etc...

I wish I had not put my number on the "do not call" list.  Putting my # on that list was like signing up to receive more calls!  It's ridiculous.

I just got a call from this number and I didn't answer it, since I know there is no 000 area code.  I don't owe anybody anything, so it can't be a bill collector.  Maybe next time I will answer it just to see what it is... will keep you posted.

ALL 10 ZEROS PH0NE NUMBER.IS PROBABLY IS A PHONE COMPANY PROBLEM.IT CAN'T SOLVE OR EXPLAIN or hides behind.

I emailed my bank regarding this number calling me as well as this number: 951-674-6804 and this was the response they sent me.

"Thank you for the notification. Please Note: The call you received was a fraudulent (phishing) phone call. We will never contact you and ask for your card number and PIN.  Let us know if we may be of any further assistance."

repeated onslaught of calls starting at 7a. caller clearly not a native english speaker, trying to tell me I have outstanding student loans (I don't). asked them to remove my number, was told I was a [***] and should die.  Over the next 90min I had 4 more calls that I rejected.

I git a call from 000-000-0000 wanting to help me go back to school. They were EXTREMELY pushie and wouldn't take NO for a answer. I wuz rather pissed off!! I'm glad I have the app METRO BLOCK IT

Just got a call from this #. India sounding man, stating he was from Microsoft Windows. Since I frequently surf and post here, I was ready for them!

He want a CLA or CLS (I think) number from my computer. I asked him which one, because we have 5 of them.

I played along with them for 18 minutes. I told him that the CLA/CLS number was only letters and not numbers. He asked me to give the letters to him.

I gave him:  THISISBULLSHIT!

He got angry with me and called me a liar and a FRAUD!

It was really fun!

I also have gotten multiple calls from this number, never was there anything on the other end but a bunch of clicks, until today.  Today, I got this is Annette and I have been trying to call you for days, of course this is an automated voice, they give me a number to call back along with a reference number.  Am not attempting to call them back since they call at least two to three times a day with nothing but clicks, apparently not trying to hard to contact me.

why do we elect politicians,  create toothless public funded organisations like Oftel Ofcom and all the the other Off's who cannot even stop these nuisance callers?
please look at BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-22199699 and you will see its TalkTalk the main culprit. And the fine is just an hours loss of profit -£75000 !

I have been getting calls from 000-000-0000 for a week now. They have been calling from 5 to 15 times a day! I have not answered it. Sometimes if I hit ignore, they just call right back. If I hit ignore again, they will wait 45 seconds or so and call again. It's such a pain in the [***] but what can I do? Not gonna answer it and the do not call list is a joke. I hope they will eventually get tired of me hanging up and finally give up.

My cousin slept over and she got a call from that number....i was looking at her. Expecting it to be her mom. It wasn't. Her face completely contorted. She quickly hung up and looked at me. She said," It said that this call might be monitored?! I'm scared!" Then I googled what it meant when a ten zero number called you. Then I read some of these.... Now I'm scared that they will call again..

I'm laughing so hard at this lol!

I cept getting the call with the number 000-000-0000 and I was curious but didn't answer just to be safe. So what should I do. They stoped calling me but I'm still so curious of who could be calling me. Should I call back or should I just leave it?

I get a call and there is a pause and it says goodbye and hangs up....also I get a call with all zeros that looks like this:  000000000000 and one time they left me a threat message saying I needed to get 10,000 dollars by tonight or they would kidnap Stacy and I don't even know a Stach

I am getting too many unwanted calls on my cell phone.  One is:  000-000-0000 and also others that say "private"  and such.  What can I do to block these unwanted cell phone calls

How do I block uinwanted, unknown cell phone calls on a  daily basis.
