same here no message no number to call back f them and beside I google every number I dont know first and I'm on the National do not call registry since I first got this number o for my cell years ago The law needs to be changed it has no real teeth in it for Offenders or repeat offenders

I just got one and I told him he had the wrong #. He called me a liar and was really creepy. Also an Indian accent.

Get a good call blocker, they are out there, one that block by default, improper numbers and no numbers at all.  I have one and I love it.  You can put on universal block and only the numbers you choose will be allowed to ring through.

Just called me up.  Did not answer (who would with a spoofed number like that calling!) and no message left.

One possibility is that they hope people will not pay attention to the caller id.

I get two and three calls a day from this number, I do not answer any calls I do not recognize the number, especially a number with all zeros. No one is given a number with  all zeros. These scammers from India use a computer program to create fake numbers, the computer dial your number. The FTC can not do anything about fake numbers.
