Dude that's the call I just got! That's why I'm here. They said the exact same thing

I received a 000-000-000 call at 8:46 AM ,
So I didn't answer cause it wasn't important they called me two times in the morning ,
Than all sudden it left a voice mail message ? Like about 12 secs? But I still didn't listen or pressed on it ,
What should I do??

I just recieved the same call. I was dumb enough to allow access tomy computer but when I wanted money I said no deals were made without my husband and he says ok ill do a few things then we will proceed. I said if we don't want this them he didn't need to do anything on my computer. He asks all upset lady if your computer crashes or you get in trouble don't blame me. He got mad and hung up. Lol luv how he didn't not believe that our computer wasn't important to me. I said I'd throw it out if it crashed😝

Also I asked for id or something. He gives me 760-704-0201 says his name is Daniel Braun and he's calling from Toronto. Google says he's calling from San Diego

How r u typing this if you don't have a computer.

I started receiving calls from this "000-000-000" Privacy number about two weeks ago usually two a day one mid AM one Mid PM.  I'm on the do not call list but you can't file a complaint on a non specific number with them.  Obviously it is a scammer as my number is unpublished.  If you happened to get a call from a given number recently you don't know which left no message it might have been the scammer setting up his calling machine which dials the scam calls later on under a cloaked "privacy" number or even a false number or where the scammer uses equipment to show a fake caller ID number on your Caller ID.

In such instances you might get a call which if answered was dead air.  This is his dialing machine trying to transfer the call to the scammer who will then pick it up.  If you don't have call blocking equipment on your phone like I do you might then get a dead air or no message message on your answering machine as they will not leave messages.

Someone here said their call was from a political party which might be the case with me.  I'm sorry to say you can only report telemarketing calls as a complaint.  Calls from political organizations are equally annoying but not covered by the do not call list at this time.

One last note if you get a call with a non existent caller ID (like a false area code) it is probably an internet based off shore scam call.  So the person who commented above about odd number probably reflects this.  There are devices available which can block calls from any number you program into it whether real or merely blank.  This guy's computer is calling my computer which will reject his calls forever - my phone never rings when he calls...

Received a call to our land line a few minutes ago. Only info showing on the Caller ID: 1; Unavailable. I didn't answer. No message left.

These crooks never give up. I've had them blocked for a pretty long time, but they keep calling. After reading that some people do answer, I can only wonder why? Now who would answer a call when the I/D says 'anonymous' and the number shows 000-000-0000.STOP answering these calls people!!! Or...... you're going to get scammed.

I got a phone call from a gentleman who said he was from the government loans departments and I was eligible for a loan of $10,000 but I had to call another number in order to give them my information in order for them to send it to me I had to pay a 200 something dollar fee

Called and didn't leave a message. I don't answer unknown numbers. Why don't these stop!!!
