receiving harassing phone calls from this number leaving voice mails.

I had one call yesterday. Telling me there was complaint filed against me in the court and if i did not call him back or my attorney I would be put in jail. They just want you to call them back because they get paid for this. They cannot speak good english and they give you a name like Michael Johnson you know they are indian

MANY PEOPLE APPEAR TO BE USING THIS NUMBER. MY CALLER WAS FROM INDIA TRYING TO SELL ME WINDOWS ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE FOR $63. HE MAKES A FEW RUPEES FOR EACH SALE HE ARRANGES. HE SAID HE WAS A CALL CENTER EMPLOYEE AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW THE AUTOMATIC DIALER WORKED. IT WAS A FUN CONVERSATION BUT I COULD TELL THAT HE WAS GETTING FRUSTRATED. HE MADE NUMEROUS VULGAR COMMENTS WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT I WASN'T ABOUT TO BE SUCKERED BUT HE LATER APOLOGIZED. I WONDER IF I WILL RECEIVE FUTURE CALLS?

When a Request to a Non-Profit organization is made, they respect do not call wishes, and don't call.  SCAM telemarketers keep calling.

I just received a phone call from the number 000-000-0000. It was an automated message, saying my debit card had been deactivated. I didn't catch everything but had a feeling it was fraudulent. So I googled it.

Morons.

How I can block 1-000-000-0000 or any 1-800....?

indian man calls as debt collector,says his nams is davin smith, ed smith,and david wilson,said we need to get this matter taken care io,for me to fax him my credit card number with the expo date on it and the three didgets on the back,he calls daily threatening me,i dont answer the phon,he leaves messages, and iv saved them all,dont know what to do with them,but still saving them

This phone number called me and when I first saw the number I was like, "what the heck?"  I answered and some lady with an accent said I was receiving a $200 gift card. Then she asked me to verify the last four digits of my credit card.  That immediately sent up a red flag and I asked what company she was calling for.  She changed tactics and started in with her gimmick or whatever she was calling for.  I caught something about sending me a packet that I could look over in the convienence of my own home.  I told her I wasn't interested and two days later she calls me at 8 AM.

This number is from the Moon station latitude 21 longitude 51. An old secret base established in 1945 by the remnants of Nazi Germany. They call people they want to exterminate as soon as they get back to earth:))) This is a locator signal. You are the John O'Connor for these Nazis. You and those been called can single handedly send these Nazis back to silence. Be proud :)

I am a telecom engineer and people are right, there is no such number as 000-000-0000.  However, spoofing occurs when the line treatment is set so that the CDR (call detail record - contains the real number) is sent to a signal control point (SCP) and overlayed with the above number.  While Caller ID can be spoofed, CDRs cannot.  My recommendation is to call your phone company immediately, have them set a trap, and prosecute the offending company to fullest extent of the law (I could quote a dozen laws that they are breaking and if you are being called by an autodialer on a cell - another law is broken).  Even India and Pakistan have international treaties in place and will arrest these dirtbags.

I get calls from 1-000-000-0000 "name not found" several times a week.  Someone lame is making these calls and never says anything?  I wonder what they want. I figure their mind must be as small as their iq.  I never answer these unwanted calls anymore.

I got a call from this number 000-000-0000.  Some guy wanted to know if I had diabetes.  I asked what company this was and he said "Diabetic Cure Club". When I asked what his phone number was that he was calling from, he said it should show on my Caller ID.  I asked to speak to his supervisor. Another guy got on the phone and when I asked what number he was calling from he hung up.  I now have that number blocked on my Panasonic phone.

I keep getting calls from this number.When I answer there is dead silence and then they hang up.I get at least two to three calls a da;y.I would like to know who is calling and how I can stop the calls

i started getting calls 8 to 10 times a day from this spoofed number nad its been going on for weeks.  I finally answered it a few time to tell'em to phvch off and every time I answer Im met with a tone; like that of a pay phone when you run out of time and htey disconect your call, followed by one word GOODBYE then a dial tone.  

Whom ever this is is using a spoofed phone number to mask their true number.  There is no valid phone number of 000-000-0000 someone is using a spoofing service and entering multiple 0's that is displayed on your caller ID and the calls by not be coming from the same person.  If I used a spoof card I could make my call look like it was coming from any number I wanted it to display.

Or it could be a repo company or even Law Enforcement or a Bounty hunter trying to ping your cell phones location for what ever reason!

Ive only had my number for about 6 weeks so if it is a ping trace Im not worried about it I own my car and have not broken any laws or jumped bail!
