- Lauren replies to damnI threw everything away after I paid - sorry - The summons was delivered by our local Sheriff - but I know it was Social Network, they based in Uvongo, and if I remember correctly the owner's surname is Lewis that appeared on the summons. My notice of intention to defend should have been delivered to Port Shepstone Court - like I said - I paid.. Def did not want a chatline to appear on my ITC report!!! If you are based in Durban you maybe want to defend the matter if you did not make use of that service. Good luck

The initial price for the phone sex call that I made was R100 but since I didnt pay within 7 days he said he's charging me R900 ,I am so stresses and worried nw as I don't want my parents to find out since this sim card is under my mothers contract,if dey do a trace they will get my address from cellc.....please someone help me or advise me here???thanks.

I paid and got rid of all the paperwork.. I am on this site as it is quite interesting to see how many [***] we have in South Africa - and you seem to be one of them??
