Lauren I was at my laywers, and guess what it is a scam. I think you working with them and just want to steal money of poor people.  Because I now that wasn't my voice. And I never gave my details. They get all my details at RICA

Dont you worry about them, i have started send viruses through to their mail service it is going to get clogged.
They use the number 0311013009, it is not a telkom number, once i trace their address.

I am going to send a package with a bit of a surprise, they just talk a whole lot of bulldust

They cannot and will never take anyone to court due to the fact that they are overstepping their bounds wrt recording (the lady sounds unclear) and the fact that it's illegal.

The invoices they use are not real as it does not contain any tax details.

The list goes on and on.

When you call the number back it does not even exist.

Because a judge is required to authorise the interception of communications by the police and because one’s private details may not normally be provided to third parties, the Act seems to strike the right balance between the need to protect one’s privacy on the one hand and the need to combat crime on the other.

*If you’re over 18 and you feel the need to call one of these lines, and you don’t want to pay around R1,65 a SECOND, make sure you call back and get the banking details and pay immediately. Clearly you can’t expect to get the service free.
*If you are under 18, well, don’t make that call. It will be recorded, and your parents will probably hear it, or at least read the transcript.
*If you’re the parent of a teenager boy, have your own talk with your son about sex chat lines.

Hi I to ricieved a msg from Maggie  diamond rush and no1 said anything about how much each call cost two days ago I received a SMS sying  I must pay r2970 with in 24 hrs or court the nxt day but wen I foned  the cell number the voice mail was a man an I foned  again a woman pickd  up she didn't say her. Name was Maggie until I asked to speak to Maggie wot should I do

Diamond Rush send SMS and calling me saying I need to pay R990. Person's name is joy. Is this a legit thing or really a scam. She threatens me with fraud charges and a court summons

I did make a complaint at the saps and that will deal with lady bcs they got hard evidence on her

Re: 031 - 101 - 3009 - This telephone number does not belong to Diamond Rush - never has and never will - it belongs to another adult sex line - the numbers for Diamond Rush are 0822150211/0822130331 - please all get your facts straight - why not make the effort & call the number or trace it & find out who it belongs to - or get the SAPS to trace it - the moral of the story is - parents teach your children not to lie - and not to go into sites that are strictly adults only - and if you do call the chatline - why not pay the R100 within the 7 days as you are asked - why all this fuss at the end - go to the root of the problem & see who is at fault

I made a call, and i dont mind paying for the service, and i will pay  for sure, my problem is that, within 7 days no none will contact, only after 7 days they do,  also not all terms and conditions that come with the invoice  are read to you while you are on call./////lastly youdont think straight at that time its easy to get tricked...Lol..........Anyway, its not end of the world. Lets pay them what due to them.

Open a case at your nearest police station,  and report  the account number to the bank explain to them what is happening,  I did that the hawks are investigating this matter now ,we are not alone but you must act
