Too many dumb scammers suing a number like "123 456 7890" still breathing.

Because so many good folks telephones are being invaded with unwanted scam/spoof callers, several good folks have setup a free call blocking service.  Google “free call blocking service” to see what is available, you will be glad you did. You can also get your own “Call Blocking Phone” and call-block all those unwanted callers. We laugh each time such calls ring our phone and are blocked.

Received a call this morning ( did not answer) from 1234567890!!! What is that all about????

I called the Local F.B.I The response was"we are aware of it" Use your  smarts. Tell them you have no computer. I like to play with them and use an ignorant position. Then tell them I know what is what.

I am going to try this. The  time is 2200 central time soo at 2215 Iam going to call 1234567890. Join me Maybe yes Maybe no. Use your puter or your Phone. Lets crash 1234567890.

First of all 123 is not a legitimate area code and that alone has scam written all over it. The sad part is that this operation displayed one of the more ridiculous numbers going. If I heard from this operation, I might be tempted to answer just to laugh at them.

I just received a call from this number. Came up on caller ID as unavailable. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

this is nuts. 123-456-7890 calls a few time a yr. same voice (sounds like from india) says calling regarding the computer having problems. I say 'I am on the do not call list - do not call this number again!' a question to everyone who get these calls have purchased/downloaded - tuneup utilities - on their computer, if so, this may be the culprit & problem of the calls.

I've received these spam calls as well: the fact that the scammers could make our caller ID read "123-456-7890"  or even your own telephone number calling you, is proof that that they have control over the telephone system (at least land lines), and the dumb ass phone company is too cheap, lazy or stupid to do anything about it. After reporting to the FCC website a few times, AT&T finally called me and offered to change my phone number for free, but told me it would not end these unwanted calls. Big deal.

called by 604-210-6649 number tonight. looked up this number and a notice says that this number may be "spoofed". Could someone explain this to me. None of us here answer any calls we do not know the number of so we did not answer this one either. Please let me know what this type of call means.

Best place for you to begin is at the beginning. Do a web search on "wiki, caller ID spoofing". Good reading. Also educate yourself on area codes in North America that do not exist (000 to 199) Caribbean area codes (eg: 876). Plus learn of fake prefix numbers. (555) xxx-1234, the 'xxx' is the prefix. In North America NO prefix starts with a 'zero' or a 'one'.

I do not want to be harrassed by this number anymore.  I want to know who they are. I will take them to court.

I had a call yesterday I  know it's a scam I tried blocking the number & it won't let me keep gettiing message number invalid

I get that call but they start singing

Unavailable caller with number 23-456-7890 calling about computer. Told them I don't have one and I know that this is a scam and they are. Ring reported right now. They call every now and then. About three times before. Fed up!!!!

I received a call from (123) 456-7890 When I answered just dead air. The reason I answered it is my CC card was hit over 60 times Monday with fraudulent charges. All where caught but upon looking at some of the places they tried to buy from I looked up one company and called them. They had my full name and address correct but used phone number (123) 456-7890 as my number. They where trying to purchase over $5000. in medical equipment.

The number on our Caller ID read 23-456-7890 @ 2:15 P.M. CT on March 17, 2015. When my wife picked it up, it turned out to be some scammer with a thick Indian accent trying to tell us that they received info from our computer that told them our computer was "infected" by some bogus virus. The caller wanted my wife to log into our computer and give them our computer info, which the caller surely would have collected, had he/she truly found out about our computer's "infection." OBVIOUSLY a scam, in case the number itself didn't give itself away.

Today (3-23-15) I received 4 phone calls from 1234567890.
I have NO idea who this is.
I want this to cease now.
