I am receiving calls from this number every hour on the hour and nothing I say will make him stop. I just registered for the No Call List several days ago - but I plan to make a complaint against this ignorant individual.

They call my wife and told her we win a digital camera for only $99.99 and insisted her to told them her account number. Please stop them America

I got that call was about to give the lady my information then realized hmmm... nothing is free in this world so this is bogus and told her I would have to check out some things first.

That's weird when I looked up the number I got New Jersey and when I called back the number it said the Nextel Subscriber is not available at this time.

Sooo...I just got a call from this number 201-373-8371 at 6:19 eastern time on my cell phone, which is pre-paid with t-mobile. Now I have never put my cell phone number on anything and most my family doesn't even know my number. Anyway, this man with a very stronge foreign accent started to tell me about some free gift for me. I interrupted him and asked him how he got my number and of course he didn't answer. I told him to take me off his call list and he said that he couldn't do that until I allowed him to send me the free gift. I said I didn't want anything from him but to talk to his manager. He got very rude and began to yell at me, saying he was the manager. I stated that I will contact the BBB with the number that came up on my cell phone. He said good bye and hung up on me. Sooo...I see that several others have had this problem with the same number...My question is has anyone started anything against this guy. Any lawsuits? Anything?

get a Caller ID Manager from privacycorps.com and your
phone will never ring unless you have previously authorized the number (based on the caller id info they send). I have had one of these for 3 years now and it
is the best thing I have ever bought. Every time my phone rings I know for a FACT that it is someone I want to talk to.

Indian sounding female on line, when i would answer there was a pause and an echo.  She said APEX Industries and wanted to give me a free camera and a vacation, i just pay 1.95 shipping.  I asked her to remove my name and number please and she said no, she wasn't trying to sell anything just give it away to only 10 people in my state.  she verified my home address, which is scary, and my phone number.  i told her to ABSOLUTELY NOT SEND ME ANYTHING AND REMOVE MY NAME AND NUMBER FROM HER LIST. She laughed and hung up!  What's the deal?  I have the # blocked now but they've got my home info somehow?

Jayshree Patel, try a google on him.  Numerous fraud convictions, scams, etc...  Why can't the government do something about him?  He's probably calling from prison...JAYSHREE PATEL 201-373-8371 BLOCK THIS NUMBER AT ALL COSTS!  He also has his sister or wife or someone calling for him too.

Got one of these phone calls awhile back.  I had a few missed calls in my phone today.  Googled the area code..found this site.  Its the same number everybody else is having problems with.  :-|  Great..

I received a call from JAYSHREE 201-373-8371 twice today. They called about 2pm and again about 5pm. I never answer calls I don't know. After looking this # up I just might have to answer. I think I'll launch into a slew of Praise Jesus's and ask if he wants to pray with me today the next time he calls!  Someone really needs to find a way to stop this jerk! Obviously he is a million times more annoying then your normal telemarketers calling.

I've been called over 25x from this number. When I ask to be put on the DO NOT CALL LIST, the customer service representative acts hurt and asks why. He says, 'I was not rude with you. Why be like that?' I said, this is my cell phone number. DO NOT CALL BACK EVER. They continue to call and harrass. Can't we get a class action suit against them. This is harrassment, and I want to know how this company got my phone number.

If it is at night maybe the cleaning crew are doing more than cleaning ,Could be they are running a scam without him knowing it,had this happen at the attorneys office I worked at.
