I got called from this number yesterday day. But I am wondering how do they know my name?

They called twice within 10 minutes. Called I.D. showed DC CALL  202-000-1111

i got like  three  o four calls from this people  two for  grant money and other two weird from  Microsoft they said  that,  when  i say this  call is so weird they hang up the phone

Who do we call to report this scam? I just received two calls today from this number...

My call went exactly the same way to the letter!  I asked for website to verify the $8,400 gov't grant and they hung up!

Just got a call saying I won the $8400 !!! When I said it sounded like a scam they hung up. Oh well.

Got the same call and when i asked if they can give me at lest my last four numbers of my social security number the lady hang up on me !! so it's a scam.

I was frauded using the number 202-697-9674

I receive daily calls from this number what to do?

I received two separate calls from the following numbers:
202-000-1111
202-000-1234

Called from 202-000-1111. U.S. government grant department. Said I was chosen to receive a $8400 (no strings attached) grant. Told me I needed to call back to a specified # and speak to Nancy Cameron to verify information.
I told the guy, I knew this was/is a scam and he knew it also. He assured me this was no scam (of course). I asked that he put Nancy on the line, she was not there.
I told him to F-off and hung up.
2 minutes later he called back and asked what I said. I told him, he just said that. He then asked if I wanted to "die"? Said they would have to get past my 12 gauge and hung up. They called back one more time, but did not answer.
Went on line to block #.

I just got off rhe phone with them.  They said the same thing about i received a grant. I had previously filed for a grant so at forst i thought there moght be a slight chance this was true.  She gave me a number to call back and a guys name who is the supervisor to release the funds.  She wanted my address and to know how i wanted the funds... I could either give her a bank account number, credit card or i could receive cash.  At this point i knew it was scam.  I said cash thats when she gave me Robert Sloan and this number 202-738-1623.  I'm sure some people get ripped off this way, by handing them over the info.  She was oriental.  I called the number back and let it ring for a long time.  No answet...scam.  If they call me back i'm going to play along and then at the end tell them i work for NSA and we have traced the call and are outside their doors now....lol

I just received a call from this number and they said I was approved for a 7000 grant from the govt. They verified my address then gave me a confirmation number. They said I need to call another number to confirm all my information. I called to see what would happen. I was told I need to give them a bank account number or a credit card number. I said I wanted a check. He told me they don't do checks but I can get the money thru western union, I just need to pay a 255 security deposit and the money would be released to me. I played along and I am going to call back in a day or two  just to see what clever things they come up with

This number called me 3 times in a row. I didn't answer but from what I see I'm happy I didn't answer!!

This person keeps calling and when I call back the number is disconnected. The guy camt hardly speak english. And tells me I won 7,000 from the government.

I have been getting several calls from this number and several like them.  
First call: the man tried to use an indian accent. Obviously it was fake cause when I said I'm calling the police the accent dropped and it bacame American.  
Several calls in between mostly from woman.
Today: a woman calls me from this number saying hello hello says my complete name and says don't hang up I'm a friend that's when I hung up.
