Numerous calls no message. This is a do no call number.

Receiving 2 to 3 calls a day and when we answer no one is on the line - Never

Hattie Jackson on the caller ID. Some other ladies name used on a recording to vote for Mitt Romney. I just laughed and hung up. Do your own campaigning fella, but then I'll hang up on you too, my place in heaven doesn't depend on what you tell me to do.

...and pretty sure I didn't sign up for anything, nor lend support to any political affiliation. Yet I still get these calls asking for three simple answers about the Republican convention going on in my state.
IF A DATA POLL is calling multiple times to just MY number, HOW MANY MORE multiple votes are they receiving from multiple votes from one source? This throws the polls into something I would nearly term voter fraud if it meant anything other than data collecting.
Regardless, Id like to get something other than a busy signal when I try to call it back and somehow get removed from their computer dialer!  ENOUGH!

Go to google voice and sign up for an account.  They'll give you a phone number or allow you to use one you already have.  Either way should work.  I set up a new number, and then that's the only number I ever give out.  I can have it ring as many phones as I need it to, so here's what I did:

1) set the account up
2) Forwarded my vonage landline phone to my google voice number, so I can take advantage of all of the filtering capabilities that google voice gives me.
3) added mine and my wife's cell phone to my google voice account.  My default is that a call to google voice will ring both cell phones.  We can set any number to ring to either phone individually as well, so I can set google voice to send my wife's mom directly to my wife's phone, and my army buddy directly to my phone.  I can also send certain calls directly to voice mail, give them a "this number has been disconnected message" and/or block them completely by flagging them as Spam in the google voice web page.  It takes a bit to set up, and you have to be a little bit on top of looking up unknown numbers and entering them into the google voice contact list, but once you do, it really works.  Now I only get calls from people I want to talk to.  Google voice also allows you to screen calls right on your cell too, so if a call does get through, and you can't don't want to talk to that person, you can send the caller directly to voice mail, and you can even listen in as they leave a message in case it's important.  Google has definitely done for telephones what they did for email; take a good thing and make it better.

Got a call from this number at 12:06 AM!!!  NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

I want a phone with a button that blocks calls with a single push.  I've had enough.  Same call here, "Jackson Hattie" and same number. I'm  considering getting rid of the home phone because all I seem to get is this type of call.  All my other calls go to my mobile phone.

5 calls in 20 minutes

Called repeatedly, at least 5 times today minimum every hour, this is ridiculous, always busy when call back

They call several times a day and when I answer no one is there.

Have received numerious daily calls, even on weekends, from 202-367-9922. Have been unable to get a response when I answer. Also when I attempt a call-back, message tells me that my call did not go through and to try again later. If this is a robo call from a political party or candidate,  I want  it stopped.

I have had at least 15 calls from this number and there is no one on the line.  Stop calling me, I am a very sick person AND THIS IS VERY ANNOYING!

202-367-9922 Called me at least 2 dozen times today 3/04/2012

3 calls from 202-367-9922 in one hour, I answer and there is no response.  Looked up on line and appears to be marketing for political candidates.  Our number is on the no call list and it is very frustrating and disruptive to a quiet Sunday evening.

These people call every 20 minutes. When I call back a recording says my call did not go through, please call later.

Same....for days on end and muliple times a day-actually hour. No response when we answer, no message left when we don't. Just plain annoying

We have received 14 calls from this number since Saturday March 3, including SIX times today alone... There is never anything or anyone on the other end, it even leaves a blank voice mail message. I have tried calling it back only to receive a rapid bust signal every time... I am beyond annoyed... I assume as it's a DC area code it is supposed to be a political call...
