For the record people, the Do Not Call list does not apply to charities, political parties, and those you have done business with, etc. Get the facts before you talk stupid [***]...You can get the facts at the FTC and I do file complaints with them all the time...and they have responded to me directly. So get off your lazy [***] and do your research before spouting off. The DNC list only applies to certain people and organizations. And if you're stupid enough to enter drawings, raffles, etc and give your number out on sites like Craigslist, etc...then you're gonna get all sorts of calls you didn't ask to get. And if you don't take the time to file a proper complaint you deserve the calls you get...IMO

I just got a call from that number and caller ID says the date is Jan 22, 2012 and time is 1:23AM!!!

Here it is mid August and almost 5:00PM!!!

I received a call from 202-367-9922 and didn't answer.    I called the number back and received a "The number you have dialed is no longer in service" announcement.

It's an annoyance but not as serious as a President / government that raises taxes on the middle class while telling you that he's lowering your them, that tells you unemployment is under control while so many friends/family acquaintences are UNDER-employed or still looking, that keeps asking for his competitor's tax returns while not releasing his own records, that says nothing when fellow party members criticize an American citizen (Chic-fil-A president) that exercises his first amendment rights (neither Obama and Romney stood strong on that).
The Nazi's (National SOCIALIST party) targeted free speech and those rights guaranteed in our 1st Amendment.  I wish the media used 1/4 of their research skill on Obama that they inflicted on Sara Palin, but that's part of the plan as well.       Refer to Sickofyourwhinning comment as well.

I have answered this survey once a couple weeks ago and still get a call almost every day!

Recieved call from Indepentent Votrer Research (unknown) which asks 6 short questions about age, race, gender, and voting choice.  The robocall ends with "Thank you for your time. You can reach us at 866-540-3140."

Hattie, or whoever you are-please stop calling my number. I have already decided whom I will vote for.

Robo call with a male voice indentifiying himself as some independent market research wanting to do a political poll.  No way to opt out on phone call. Cant call it back to get name removed.  You would think they could leave you ONE day of peace on a Sunday!

Called today and left no message

Receiving numerous calls from "Hattie Jackson" at 202-367-9922.  When I answer there is noone there and then there is a hangup.  If this is coming from any political party it puts a notch in my decision to vote for Gary Johnson in November.

I received a call from this number, but when I answered the recorded caller said, "I'm calling from 703-blah, blah, blah and we are the National Rifle Association calling to tell you that the senate race in VA is very important to maintaining your gun rights."  I'm a Democrat and an avid gun control advocate.   Boy did they have the wrong number.  I thought it was a hoax because the number showed up on my caller id as 202-367-9922.  Immediately I thought that it was a call from someone in DC abusing their government office number to make a political call.  Go figure!

Do not call

I answered the call from this number 202-367-9922 and they ask a little survey and then wanted me to donate to the Obama for President campaign.  I said NO and ask them why they were calling me.  they said I was a registered Democrat.   I informed them that I was a Democrat for 35 years but now I am Registered as a Republican.  They said they would correct their records.  One hour later I got another call from the same number.  I ignored it.

I called the number back, using the caller ID, so I did not make a mistake in entering the number. The recorded message said the number is not in service. They did not leave a message, I am checking numbers on my caller ID to report to DoNotCall, tho as others have said, it seems useless.

Automated poll call asking me if I am:
male or female
my age group
caucasian/black/other,
democrat/republican/independent
then asked me who I was voting for President
Congress
Senate  
If I answered undecided, they asked me AGAIN who I would most likely vote for...  Isn't undecided...well, undecided?

Hmmm, can't decide whether you want your country raped and pillaged by democrats or republicans ... but you'll provide personal information to an "automated poll" and you don't even know who's calling you .... no wonder the rest of us get the government that people like you deserve.

Yet another Hattie Jackson call.  This time no one said anything when I said hello.

I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day.  These calls from "Hattie Jackson" several times a day are very annoying and I really resent my invasion of privacy with them.  I need to have my land line phone for our farming business or else I'd disconnect it because of these kinds of calls.  Please take us off these lists so any phone calls are official business only.  I'm sick of the calls and will probably not vote as a result.

I just need to say this. Folks, this is only a sounding forum. Nobody will make any of them stop calling you. I see that all the time "Please make them stop calling" . YOU have to make them stop..and only you. Either block them or file a complaint with the correct Federal agency.
