I received numerous calls from my caller ID listing Hatti Jackson at this phone # but they do not leave a message. I want it to stop.........

All I know is that this an organization that you can't call back, you can't stop them from calling you because it is a recording so I never bother to answer to them anymore. They are calling about 3 to 4 times a week and that's what I would consider bordering on harrassment. I'd like to get a live person just once so I could ask them for their number, so I could call them up at random times during the week, every week, and on Sundays, and at dinner times and bedtimes and ask them stupid crap that really seems irrelevant and see how they'd like it!  I'd bet they'd hang up on you!

4-5 calls from this number. Caller id says "Hattie Jackson" Even received calls on a Sunday. Called back and recording said that the number is no longer in service!!! Planning to lose the land line. Calls need to stop.

I got to give a survey today. Questions-automated: 1) Race 2) Affiliation 3) Age group 4) How did I think President Obama was doing (satisfied/not satisfied?) and5) Who was I likely to vote for, and 6) Was I planning to vote.

As far as those "lower your credit card rates" calls ... they are a scam, but NOT coming from this number. Maybe just to annoy. Picked up once and when I said I didn't have a credit card, they hung up. I've gotten these for more than a year. The political crap is just starting. Don't confuse the two.

BTW ... If you want to see if you are registered in your state ... Go to Glenn Beck .com and go to "Activate" then click on link to see if you are registered. I found that all the Republicans and Independents I know "Were NOT registered with the state of NC!!!!" However, my family members and I ARE listed in our local county. Seems NC has purged our "non-democratic" names from their rolls  MY ADVICE ... YOU CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION!!!! If your STATE doesn't have you registered, get the phone number and call them, ask if they have you registered, and if not why!!! Then go to local county office and MAKE sure you're registered, print out a Voter's registration form, fill it out and mail it in ASAP, then follow up in a couple of weeks to make certain the STATE didn't conveniently LOSE your registration. Go in person and register locally, update your "legal, physical" address, name if recently married, etc. ... For example, my daughter's was the only one still listed ... AT HER FORMER COLLEGE ADDRESS 80 miles away ... but she can't vote there and has married and moved since last she voted ... but I bet someone ELSE will vote in her place. My friend's daughter has NEVER worked, has been a "veteran" of college studies but at the age of 31 has yet to EARN her degree, has NEVER worked a day in my years of knowing her, sponges off of her family (not her mother married a recently retired man with money, NEITHER work and they spend HIS money ... HE had to go back to work to pay the bills THEY have burdened him with!!! Remember ... he's RETIRED! This young woman also has LOTS of time to spend in Charlotte [home to the upcoming National Demo Convention](she lives "officially" in Wilmington, several hours away!) She is a radical activist and was once in Americorp. (Note: Americorp does do some good things, but I  question it's philosophy, kind of like Green Peace and some of those Green Energy schemes like a company called "Fibrominn" "Fibrowatt", check them out.) Fibrowatt is an "Incinerator" which more than likely add to their dreaded greehouse gas and pollution, and energy companies, such as Duke Energy contract to buy their surplus power, then pass the cost on to .... you guessed it ... the consumer, the taxpayer, and I'd feel secure to bet that money to build such plants come from "Stimulus" money adding to our huge deficite. Said it was Independent Voter Research, callback number of 866-540-3140.  I lied on the poll, and within minutes got another call from the same number asking me to attend a victory party for Paul Ryan.  Contact numbers listed were 720-663-1687 (Colorado Victory Event) and 866-641-7189 (RNC).

I got a call from Jackson Hattie telling me she had pictures of my Dad from 3rd grade. I got no voting call from this number. Plus, when i call back it said Phone Has Been Disconnected.

This number calls several times a day and no one answers when I pick nor do they leave a voice message.  Harrassing and very annoying.

Got this number on my cell phone. Message was for survey asking my opinion on how Obama is doing. Didn't do the survey (it was automated) and hung up. Didn't bother calling back. Wanted to find out who it was and ended up here. Probably a neutral third party that does surveys for anyone willing to pay them. If not, then definitely something to do with Democrat Party or Obama. Who knows . . .

we get this same number on my caller id 7 8 times day.  I have been home for surgery yesterday and today and between the 2 days have gotten at least 12 calls in the time that I was home and awake.  How do i get them to remove my number!

Except political robo calls are exempt from "Do Not Call" list. The FCC and AG are political offices!

Are you tired of receiving unsolicited sales calls from auto mated systems at all hours of the day and night?

Simple solution: buy a digital answering machine (one which allows callers you wish to reach you can input a code of your choosing) then turn off all the ringers on your phones. Enjoy your peace and quiet but remember to check the messages on your digital machine at regular intervals. Robo sale calls usually disconnect unless they sense the phone being answered -- the answering machine won't pickup as its only a recorder! If one gets thru, just delete it to listen to the next message.
