Each item they call, I have filed a complaint to Federal Trade Commission's National No Call Registry.

This call asked me to set up an voice mail account and I thought it was legit.  Please investgate.

I received a phone call from (202) 455-8888 telling me my google verification code and I  heard that is a spam number what should I do? pls help. thanks

This number was legit for me.  It was Google Voice calling me to confirm I own the Voip.ms number I was registering with them.

I had to turn off two filters to get this call, because I block all 202 area code calls, and challenge all callers not on my white list to dial a number to ring through.

Got a call from this number 202 455 8888 on my cellphone.

Have received 3calls today from this number. How do undelete this number from my phone. How do i stop calls?

I had been getting this call and telling me my verification code is XXXX. And if I do not answer, they leave a voice mail.

5:00 AM  called cell phone but didn't leave message

Legit number from the GPS app Waze. I chose to do phone call to verify my phone number, and they called using this number to send me the verification code.

I didn't answer it since I had no clue as to who it was. It left an automated message of 5 numbers. That is all.

10/26 14:16 PDT  Did receive call from this number because computer has been down for several days and now that it is restored, I have had to rebuild a number functions, including re-establishing my Google Chrome.  Requested call back and got it with code almost immediately.

I got  a call from that number this guy told me to put in 40and it didn't work so he gave me another number to put in  78so I did it said the number was from DC USA  so what do I do about it

Watch out for a willam Kenny he told me that the police won't to check me out to make I was his wife  so I say am Mrs willam I was his wife. keeps calling and leaving google verification numbers. it's been about two weeks. idk what to do. i've blocked the number but i keep getting the voicemails. i wonder what this is about. i just want this to stop.

Go to Goole Voice settings and try to add your number. This will give you a link to reclaim the number. you will get a call again and need to enter the 2 digit number again. Hope this helps

You hit a homer my friend. Just a few hours ago I added a new phone number to Google Voice. I'm glad I found your post before I blacklisted them.

First I supposedly Tyler Farr was friending me on Facebook. Then he sent me a message supposedly giving me his phone number. 908-396-7115. Kinda chatted for a few days and discovered the facebook page no longer existed. Then all of a sudden one morning he was texting me and telling me he was going to call me and I needed to press #57 when I answered. I told him no and asked how he was texting me when he was supposed to be on a cruise in the middle of the ocean somewhere. Told me he was using his friends phone and to just answer when he called. The number he supposedly called from was 202-455-8888.  I didn't answer when it called. Shows up as a DC number. Doesn't make much sense. Definitely not Google though

I got a couple of text messages from Google that had a confirmation code. Right after that,  I got a call from this number and did not answer it because I did not know the number.  Then, there was a voicemail; it said that it was a confirmation code from Google. I have no idea what this is about since I did not change the settings or requested anything from Google.  Today is November 11, 2014.
