The caller calls me all day long. Until, now, he has never said anything thing. This last call he said he is with the U.S. government and that I was a winner of $10,000. He said that my government was giving it to me because they wanted me to have it. I responded that I knew he was a scammer, I was not going to pay him any money in order for them to send me money and he was to never call me again. He hung up on me.

Just gotten a call from the number of 202-621-5429 few moments after noon time. Decide to pick up and nobody whould answer. About 15 seconds later they hang up lol. What a joke why call and not say anything then to hang up.

i told this guy i was giving this number to the law and he started cussing me. i told him that the government don't have my number!

This number has called me 3 times this morning. I answered on the second call and listened to a very foreign sounding woman tell me she was calling on behalf of the US Government to award me a $7000.00 grant that I would never have to pay back.  This is obviously completely a lie and a scam to get my bank or credit card information and I asked them to never call me again.  Then they called again 15 minutes later.

Callers from the above phone number never leave a message and when you attempt to return the call, the caller is unavailable.

Are you stupid? Don't EVER return calls to unknown numbers that don't leave messages.

(The Caller ID was fake, which is why you couldn't return the call. You got lucky. This time.)

Please block this number from calling me.

This site is now calling with an "unknown" caller is. The same person's voice. Why can't the federal no call number stop them?

I just got a call from that Washington DC number, I took your instructions and block that caller so they won't call back. Appreciate that bit of info. thank you for the information

Received a call on my cell phone from this number about a grant from the US Government for $7000.  Not only did they know my phone number but also my ZIP Code.  I remained highly suspicious: if the government wanted to send me money, they already know my address and can send me a check just fine.  Person sounded like they were from India.  Said there was 3 options for me to receive this money: direct deposit to my bank account, to my credit card, or by cash.  I told them cash as I'm not giving out any numbers.  However, I was supposed to call the manager, Liza, at 202-697-9274 and give her the money approval code AL325.

So it appears these folks are still at it. Just had 2 missed calls from this number this morning. Gee....guess I missed out on the 7k grant, eh? lol

I have gotten this call twice. East Indian accent saying I will get $8000 in a government grant. I just hang up. It has to be illegal.

Another call from this number to my cell phone.  I am on the DNC list...que pasa???

I just recieved the same call She preceeded to tell me she works for the Government in DC, She also gave me a comformation number and I am suppose to call Ashley Youmz at 202-738-1562 and they will send me 10,000.00. I also Told this lady tha I have a younger brother who is a Full Bird Coronel, who lives right there down the street from the white house who will pick it up for me. I have tried Ashley several times and no anwser, My name is toguns44, and I will get to the bottom of this and get back to you all. The Government does have millions in grants just sitting there and everyone can use some extra $. and our Government would sub it out to foreign speaking people. But right now the majority of scams are indian speaking people. [***] they are trying to get into my computer right this second BYE

No reply from caller just dead silent. Then caller hung up. Strange thing, I had just 4 minutes earlier received a call  From another number Coincidence ? Washington DC. The other number 469-352-4000 A texas #

It's a scam being run out of India.  The US government can't do anything and the Indian government won't do anything.   You have to apply for a grant to get one and you have to meet all the requirements.   Total scam.  Ignore 'em.

Call blocker might be your best bet.

You have to block it yourself.  Get a call blocker.  This is just a forum.

They can't at the present time be stopped because they are scammer/extortionists working out of India.   Call blocker is your best bet if they become too instrusive.

I just got a call from this number & i hung up on "Marshall" right after i heard something about receiving $7000. He called me back immediately & yelled at me for hanging up on him. I was like really??? You have tree nerve to call me back & yell at me?? I told him i didn't care about what he was talking about & to remove my name & number from his list. He told me NO! He would never do that & That he would keep calling me back, everyday. I was like ok...this has to be a prank, & so i told him ok, talk to you tomorrow & hung up. HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK. Again he was like why you hang up on me HONEY (in his heavy Indian accent). I told him i was married & i wasn't his honey. Hee said he didnt care & that i was his honey. Now I'm really thinking it was a prank, so i finally get it thru Marshall's head that I'm super busy & i would just talk to him tomorrow when he calls (which I'm sure he will). & he finally tells me good bye, so i Google the number thinking I'm going to find out that this is one of those prank numbers your friend can have call you...uh, no. Now Marshall is probably going to call me everyday of my life to harass me with his nonsense of $7000 & to profess his undying love to me because he doesn't care that I'm a married woman. I will be his. FML.

The call I received from this number the male on the other end was asking me out on a date and when I asked who he was he said he was calling me to go on a date with him tonight. I don't know this person and he told me what area I lived in and I told him if he came anywhere near my home I would have him arrested. I called the number back to see if someone would answer but it was an automated message that said the number was temporarily unavailable.
