I too got a call from this number

So I got the call from this number told me to call Eric her manager so he can send me money. As a govt worker myself I know connections in the system. So guy gives me the spill obviously WU sounded fishy like no other . First clue . Usually govt gives check . Govt would never send cash upfront . He told me the spill got my info . Hanged up . Called a buddy who works for the treasury dept . He said they are closed at 530pm. Told Eric I just talked to my friend who works at the dept . He flipped out and I was questioning him like no other he got so mad that he said don't ever call this number again. I said don't ever call me again [***] . I know people .

They told 10,000, I was only awarded 7000...lol

Some type of foreign caller saying the US Government is going to give me 7k in grant money.

Please block this number from calling me.

They have called me multiple times. They always hang up when I answer.

i have gotten two calls from them now.  the first was for $7000 and the one I just got was for $10000.  When you try to call back Johnny Snow it is busy all of the time.  How the H*** did they get my number?

They need to give money to me. that my money. and they need my id . no good

calls - no one says anything and then hangs up...  maybe if my husband who sounds likes a wolf speaks into the phone - they'll stop calling?!

I get a call from this number three times a day.  I'm looking for a job, so I run to the phone.  They hang up as soon as I pick up.  Frustration!

i just recieved that same exact spiel. my account managers name was sam benjermin. thank you. i knew it was to good to be true.....

You have to put it on your reject call list if you have that option on your phone. On my phone, it's under my call settings.

2nd call on my cell today from this number.  Woman with heavy accent told "The Government" had selected me for a grant and all I had to do was.....

I believe this scam is being run against senior citizens who might want to believe "The Government" has selected them for grant monies to pay them back for whatever ...  This needs to be shut down.

This number was claiming to be from the US Government Grant office. The woman on the other end claimed that my family and I were rewarded $7,000 worth of grants. However, the woman had a foreign accent, couldn't pronounce my name correctly, and it was noisy on the other end (definitely chattering). When she asked me if I wondered why I was selected, I told her that I don't fall for scams and hung up. This call had scam written all over it.

Received same call...same bull.  Mark bowman.  Its a scam...said I get 7000 bucks from government and I didn't have to pay it back.  Not the U.S. Government... That automatically tells you its fraud.
