The caller hangs up on my answering machine. I did not have any telemarketing calls for quite a while. I wonder if more calls will follow.

I get this call, they hang up if I answer AND if they get the machine.

I have no telemarketing calls on my phone. I received a call from 205-313-0897 on 5-2-07 @ 8:40pm. The caller hung up when we answered the phone. The # showed up on my call ID.

Same here, they hang up whether I answer or the recorder does. Call them and get the "no calls from your special phone" BS. These [***] are sick.

Received several calls from 205-313-0897...only number on caller id...called number bac and received "this number cannot be dialed from this special phone"  (or somthing to that effect).

called but wasn't home. did not leave message.

My getting call from this number too along with called from (205)313-0897.
Noone ever leave a message and I have not answer because I did know the number.

They have called before and hung up when I answered. They asked for me by name when my wife answered, then hung up.

Today they called again and I answered, "Hello, this is the Clayton County Sheriff's office fraud unit". The dude started apologizing for having the "wrong" number and said good night. He obviously got "skeered and respectful" when I said Sheriffs Office!

This number calls at least once a week.
No answer on the other end.
Tried calling and get a recording saying it's a special phone.

I left a report with the FCC on the phone number.

The call came to me at westen Coweta County

We are also getting calls from this number 1-205-313-0897.  We live in west Atlanta.  Does anyone know who this is, or how we could find out.  This is about the 4th time they have called.  They never say anything, just hang up when we answer.

Idiots continue to call - have reported to all possible agencies - nada.  What is the use of registering with the do not call list if they don't do squat?

Answered the call today, wanted to send a package for the police officers association.  Wanted to know if the address he had for me was correct and would I be given 5, 10 or 15.  Told him bye.  Received a call from the same number last week, do not remember who they wanted money for but it was not the police officers.

(205)313-0897 showed as "UNKNOWN" on caller ID.  Gentleman calling for the Georgia Peace Officers Association.  I asked if he was a telemarketer and he said "yes."  I asked how much of the money he collects goes to the POAG.  He stated 90%.  yeah, right...  He wanted to send me a Peace officer's decal and confirm a donation of...  I just put the phone down until he hung up.  This number called yesterday as well, but I was too busy to answer.  I'm on the do-not-call list.  So much for that.
