They call about once per month, never leave a message. I never answer the phone anymore -- my family and friends know to leave a message and I call them back.

Missed call no message left.  This is a "Do Not Call" number for me and don't appreciate these types of calls!

These guys are the worst! About three years ago I agreed to give them money under the condition that they take my number off of their phone solicitation list. I even added that I would contribute the following year as well if thy solicited by mail. They agreed and I sent them money.

The next year they called with the same hard sale. I told the guy on the phone that their lack of integrity dictated that I dont contibute to the again. I asked that he remove me from their call list. He hung up on me mid sentance.

The next week they called back numerous times w/o leaving a message. Finally I answered one of their calls and again requested that I be removed from their list. This guy apologized and assurred me I'd be taken off the list.

To this day they still call me. Every few months they call 2-3 times a day for a week or so. They used to show up as CPYC. Now only their number shows.

I  got "CPYC"  on my caller ID area code 209 is somewhere in California. CPYC  is a Yacht club in Stockton CA. Hope this helps.--pd

it is for a telemarketer, requesting donations for the police fund. i told them i am on a 'no call' list and hung up.

They called twice yesterday - I re-called them and got a message - the message said if I would like to be removed from their list, simply leave a message where I repeat my number twice. Well I did  - so we will see if I will be inundated with calls orit actually stops.

That time of year again. Came up on caller ID- CPYC. California Police Youth Charities out of Sacremento.

Calls come almost every evening for the last 30 days. Calif. Police Youth Charites 2111 W. March Ln. Stockton, Calif.  I live in Anaheim. The caller hangs up usually. We do not give to telephone or out of area Charities.

This person or CPYC is harrasing us and many other good citizens of Cailfornia.

Please stop them or People go to Stockton Police Dept. site and send them an email of complaint!!

I have the same problem with them. I went on the INternet and file an email Complaint with the Sockton, Ca. Police Department.

The Calif. Police Youth Charites are out of Stockton Calif.

Internet search shows 2111 W. March Lane, Stockton Ca. 95219 or 95207!

I went on the Internet tonight and wrote a email complaint to Asst. Chief Blair Ulring of the Stockton Police Department. (Police Department Contact Us & click)  Everyone send the Police Department an email!!
The calls keep coming to Anaheim my home and I do not want to change my phone number.  Hopefully the Stockton Police or complaints to the FCC will stop these harrasing individuals.

Contact the Stockton Police Department Asst. Chief Blair Ulring. (Look on the Internet for Stockton Police Dept. or you can click on their web page and send a complaint email about CPYC. One person says you can also complain to the FCC and gives their email address. Lets stop these harrassing jerks!

Same here, I just received a call and no one answers.  This is really bad especially if a lot of people made complaints already.  This has to stop!

I have called this number back and get a recording from the California Police Youth Charities in Stockton, California. The voice mail state that you can state your phone number and it will be removed from their data base, however I have done this twice already in the past year and my number is still in their data base. I still get the calls.
