Fort Worth is 817-259-2052

Get a life

I received a notice on my door today in the Arlington, TX area. The numbers on my notice are 214-446-9041 and 817-259-2052. I have sent a report in to the local PD.

They probably didn't call 911, but the local police number.

Just moved from Dallas to the northwest side of the metroplex. I have had 3 notices from Compass as well. 1 1st time notice and 2 2nd time notices. The local police have been notified, not using the 911 number...

Glad I read all of this!

He's gotten to Dallas-Fort Worth..my father just found one of them in our yard this evening, as we just moved here a month ago

Got a First Attempt notice today after buying a home recently. Said to call 602-314-7729 to reschedule, but left absolutely no indication of what company it was for or anything. I called the number and got a voicemail box (with a lot of unprofessional background noise) saying it was "HAG delivery group". I didn't leave a message but they quickly called me back from 480-214-3294 and said I must have received a notice from them when they tried to delivery something from me... um NO, I watched out my window as a lady walked up to my door, put the note on it, and walked back to her car and left. She didn't try to deliver anything. What a crock. The woman on the phone could obviously tell I was not happy when I cut her off in the middle of her sales pitch, and offered to put me on their "do not call" list. We'll see about that... I won't be too surprised if it happens again. :/ Oh well. Just another annoyance of life I guess.

I don't care what their "free gift" is. The way they get their customers may not be illegal but it is definitely shady and I don't want to do business with a company like that. I bet any "free gift" comes with a lot of strings attached and sales pitches anyway. I'd rather not deal with it.

Wow really. it was a welcome gift to u...

I just bought a place..had a tag from "Total Home" ...if I go to their site same compass and metro gig...everything is sketchy!

Matt Willes is the owner of Metro Delivery (AKA NuHomeOwner, GeoTrek, Compass, Eclipse Distribution, Total Home, etc.), Protection Source LLC, and a few other companies such as pest control.  You are correct.  These drivers put sham delivery notices on your door to trick you into calling.  Everything they tell you is to BS you into having a sales person come out and give you this high-pressure, scare-tactic laden sales pitch for a security system.  You will pay out the A$$ if you deal with this company, for example, the wireless contacts for doors/windows that they sell cost them $15 a piece, but they will sell for as high as they can and it's up to the sales person (usually around 50 but I've seen them sold as high as 80 to 100 a pop).  So imagine the markup on the rest of it.  If you ever met him face to face, you'd want to straighten his lazy eye with your fists; he's a f****ng snake.  I can't stand fake people, with his plastic smile and his consciously deepened voice.  Did I mention he cheats on his wife, Kris Willes?  It's true.

They are headquartered in Chandler AZ @ 4340 W Chandler Blvd.

In the Dallas area, they are located at 12000 (or 12300 not sure) Ford Road in Farmers Branch, STE 350.  Its a small office which usually only houses the local administrator, some bimbo named Mindy.  Office number is (214) 389-1050

You can debilitate them with calls.  They are a small organization.  Most of his companies are just on paper, like Eclipse, which, to the IRS, is STILL Metro Delivery.  The name only changes on the cards.

"INSIDE SCOOP"
You are a disgruntled employee, providing false information, how sad that you feel you have to trash companies to make yourself feel better....

VERY SADDDDDDDDDDDD

This number continues to call me but leave no message. +1 (210) 515-4920
Must be a scam!

If all the info checks out (unless it's been changed by now) then how is it false?  You must be a n-n-disgruntled employee or Matt himself trying to divert attention.

HAHAHAHA, here's a news story from when I worked there.  http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2012/12/19/cbs-11-inv ... -what-it-seems/

Seems These Scammers are putting notices on the doors for new folks moving in.  Beware, they sell junk

I found a good way to stop these criminals, catch them and beat the [***] out of them in your yard. then drag them into the gutter.

U all should  Contact The BBB in Arizona or the Attorney General office in Arizona these people were sued in 2013 for miss leading Consumers They claim that they missed you but really they never knock the law suit was about 1,2000 and there back at it again
