Ok...these jerks call all the time!! They use different numbers, so blocking them does no good! I have learned not to answer any calls from numbers I don't know. The guy has said a lot of NASTY & vulgar things to me!!! When I told him to remove me from their lust & do not call again, He said that won't happen because he likes to F#@$ with Americans! I said I would report it and he laughed and offered to call the police for me!! He said they can't F#@$ing touch them, they can call as often as they want & I won't ever be able to stop them!! So far he is right, they have harassed me for over a year now! I just keep blocking the new numbers they use & don't answer unknown numbers. I don't have a credit card to lower a rate on to begin with!!! They have asked about my sex life, they told me they were watching me and that I was beautiful & he lived my shirt! He knew where I was and gave me the location but did not describe my shirt... I feel TOTALLY violated by these jerks & can do NOTHING about it!!! I am on the do not call list.... They are AWFUL humans....

They also should not say F#?$ You when you ask if their name is really John.... They shouldn't ask about your sex life... They should not know where you are and tell you to get some milk since they SEE you are at the grocery & then tell you how beautiful you are! They don't care about the laws & offered to call the police for me so I could report them!!!!  They are bad people.....

Received call yesterday and today from this number. Did not answer. No message left. Checked the DNC site to find my number has to be registered with them for more than 31 days. Just added to registry yesterday as it is a new number. Will complain about this number next month...tired of receiving these calls!

Called with masked caller id under name of 'David Purdy', left no message.  Called number back using Skype (so I can block it there too) and got a "number out of service" message.

Called my cell today, no answer from me and no message left. Will block the number since I ready a few pages of this information.

Gee, I'm glad I didn't answer the phone...

These websites are not a waste. I have been able to confirm all sorts of legitimate calls from companies I do business with here (from financial institutions to inform of fraud activity/blocking of card , car dealerships customer service regarding specials and/or appointment reminders on maintenance, unsolicited telemarketers (of which get placed into my blocked contacts immediately), and other businesses that may be calling me back from a different number I called in on. If the websites "are such a waste of time", then why are you here? Typical trolling.

Caller left message for lowering interest rates I don't have a credit card. These calls fill up my mailbox. I get on average 6 a day.

had a call from this number as well asking me something about my chase credit card... I don't have no acc. on chase when I told the guy what are you talking about i don't even have chase cards, he started to do an annoying sound and hanged up the phone....

Got the call a few mins ago, And have been getting them like clockwork for about the last 2 months, so the DNC list wont block them if they are using a robocaller just dialing numbers based on NPANXX.
Same as the other info, Foreign individual, with horrible English skills.
Asked what company he is calling about and he said All Credit Card Companies.
Advised him I didn't have any cards and he shouted WHY DID YOU PRESS 1 THEN!
I told him I didn't Press 1 I just waited for the message to finish because there wasn't a option to reach trough the phone to strangle him. I hope I wasn't too harsh

Up yours you scumbag why do you get a legitimate job and stop harassing people with your scams

I received a call stating 'This is your credit card company and we've been trying to reach you about lowering your interest rate. Push 1 to speak with a consultant.' (Recorded message) It was long winded message. Scammers!
