This is actually someone claiming to be from the National Office of Visa and MasterCard claiming that they can lower your interest rates.  I chose the option to speak to someone and got someone in INDIA.  Visa and MC do NOT make these types of calls.  When I told him that he went into a speech.  I told him that again and he hung up.

I just had the same type call from a middle eastern person on my cell phone with the same offer.  All he needed was the expiration date of my Visa card.  I asked him why he didn't have that information and he said "What?  Why would I?"  Then I asked him what company he was calling from and he hung up on me.

Same middle eastern speaking man called to let me know he had "good news" and could help me lower my Visa interest rate. Since I don't have a Visa, I taunted him for a while up until the point he yelled... "You don't deserve the lower interest rate, you f'kn b'tch!!"  To this day, my co-workers and I still die laughing!

The scammers spoof a different random number each time to get around blocking. You can block, but they'll just call back with another fake number shown in Caller ID.

Same old autodialed recorded robocall from "Cardmember Services" offering a phony lower interest rate, just a credit card phishing scam. If you try to call spoofed number there is no answer, so it's a scam operation.

Received 8 calls Saturday. Finally answered and someone who sounded like they were from India asked for my discover card number. I don't have one so I made up a number and tied them up as long as possible. He started accusing me of playing with him, said f*** you and hung up on me. Clearly this call came from Time Warner Customer Service...

It is that big of a deal when I get a ton of calls from telemarketers and sorry but I don't want calls from random numbers while I'm at work or while I'm in bed.

This number called my cell today. Caller ID revealed "New York, NY." I did not pick up. Caller left 22 seconds of dead air on my voicemail.

Yes it becomes a big deal when they call you at strange hours or 5-6 times or more. Even when you don't answer.

SCAM. Called as a credit card company offering to lower my rate. I don't have any credit cards.

Yes it is a big deal to get calls from people I don't know just to kiss me off. In simple terms "stick your job up your ***"

These clowns have been calling for a while on my cell which is on the do not call list, they leave a voice mail with nothing on it...they have called 3 times in a hour on this Saturday afternoon and I am very perturbed...this MUST STOP!

Called while I was on the phone. Rang twice, went to answer and they hung up.

Yes it is a big deal. Until I found call blockers my poor 90 year old mom that had dementia was constantly awakened by you telemarketers. Do you ever consider that you don't know what the situation is at the number you are calling? There are a lot of situations like mine where we need a phone but don't need the people like you calling and disturbing them. I guess I know why now you do it for a living. You don't have enuf foresight to hold a real job.

I blocked the number on my cell phone after the person did not leave a message. They apparently called back three more times, since my iPhone shows blocked number voicemails.  Each message was 2 seconds long, and all I could hear was a person breathing heavy.

Just received a phone call now - number has appeared before over the past couple of months  - some woman talking realy ast about a credit card debt - and this would be the last call I couldnt understand some of what she said  - I put on the no call list. because  I know its not anything I'm envolved in.
