- Mz. Boots replies to William GWhy would you worry about being too harsh with such jerks. Be as harsh as you can be, not that it will do any good. Perhaps just make you feel a little better.

- NAReceived call from this number. After going through prompts, I spoke with a male with a strong Middle Eastern accent. This is how the convo went.....
Him: I'm calling on behalf of Visa/ MasterCard. Can I have your name and DOB
Me: Gave wrong name and wrong DOB and asked when the two companies merged.
Him: The companies have not merged. You called me about lowering your interest rate
Me: No, I'm pretty sure you called me
Him: You're wrong and you're an idiot
Me: Listen Mohammad, take me off your call list
Him: My name is not Mohammad
Me: I apologize. What's your name?
Him: Eric
Me: Ok, listen Abu, don't [***] call me anymore
Him: you wonder why we blow your people up
Me: Go [***] your camel
He disconnects.....Guess he took my advice.- Caller: Abu/ Mohammad/ not Eric
- goawayThey called my cell phone at work and went to voicemail. The offer on voicemail is to lower my credit card interest rate. I am so sick of these calls!!! They called back 10 minutes later today with the same message on voicemail!!! In fact, they have called 10 times in the past four months, and I have asked them several times to stop calling. They don't care and don't listen!

- Botheredbyrepeatedcalls replies to Matt the telemarketerYou ask if this is really that big of a deal? When these people call multiple times and at all times of the day or night, yes it's a big deal. Do YOU like to get bothered while you're at work? Eating a meal? Getting your kids ready for bed? OR just falling asleep after a 14 hour work day?
- wazMy last chance to lower my credit card rate.... Scam
- Chris replies to AnonymJust because it's annoying doesn't mean we need to get the government involved. That tends to be more problematic, as we have sadly seen in recent decades...

- ZachI pressed '2' to be removed from the call list, an Arab sounding guy answered the phone, I asked to be placed on the DNC list and he told me to hold on while he gave his manager a [***]... WHAT??

- Kevin replies to Anonym| 1 replyI got this call too. So I called it back. Robert Purdy answered and didn't know that somebody had been using his number on these calls. He said that he was going to call his cell provider and find out what was going on. So call them back the next one might be using your number.
