They call just about every evening and never leave a message.

I do not appreciate these calls that keep coming in 2 or 3 times a day.  Is there any way to stop them?

Your message states--"help who is this!!!! " If you had read the previous 7 pages of posts you might have determined the callers were the medic alert for seniors scammers. Yet another doopa!

Called a couple more times: 10/24/2013 at 1:24 PM and 10/25 at 11:01 AM.

It probably is. They're based in central Florida. And as an added bonus, HERE'S THEIR HIRING AD FROM CRAIGSLIST ORLANDO!

A little side info: this company, Elite Information Solutions, has been scamming for some time now. They were shut down at a previous location, in small part due to my posting of their hiring ads from their energy evaluation scam. If you call them, they will likely change the number, like they did numerous times before leaving 495 SR 436 in Casselberry, FL. You can find them each time they change numbers by searching the craigslist Orlando job postings. The current fastest way is to search "436." I check back here every month or so, and will continue to do so until the owner is jailed and I see his mugshot. A mugshot for scamming, not domestic abuse like his other mugshots.

Here is the text from their current craigslist hiring ad, and beware this number will likely change after one or two calls from people who have been scammed. I spent 3 days in 2011 working for them, and quit when I realized they were scamming.

Can not (medic) alert me anymore.I blocked them last time they called.
Call blocker zapped them cold before they even reached the phone.
No phone ring just showed the caller on TV.

Called, didn't recognize the number and caller id did not provide a name, let the answering machine handle it, my answering machine greeting plays a disconnected number tone at the start of it, call hung up right as the disconnect tone.  Seems like this caller used a robocaller as when the answering machine disconnected number tone played they hung up immediately, so it was most likely some type of robocall scammer looking for personal info or trying to sell me something, even though I'm on the worthless do not call list.

     Yes it is a stupid medical alert scam, a recording that says you need to press a number to confirm the delivery of the system.
      Why do they think or feel that there are senior citizens living in my home I have no clue at all on that one.
      What scares me is that they give you no choice but to press a number to confirm or cancel. I would like these phone calls to stop but what happens if I press cancel? Are there not scammers out there than can add charges to your phone bill by pressing this or that?

Calls frequently... when answer machine is on, does not leave message. When phone is answered, no one on the other end, though the line is not dead. Sounds like the calls are made via a computer.

A Life Alert ripoff that states $1000 in savings coupons. I get the same call frequently from different numbers. Probably a scam to get your personal information.

It sounds like yet another one of these medical alert scams. The unfortunate thing is that the majority of these con artists hide their real number and often display an out of service number.  At other times the number displayed belongs to an innocent party that has no connection to the operation.
Some of the operations that do display their number have been known to use phony out of service messages when people attempt to return the call.

This number calls three to four times a day and I just let the caller id pick it up hoping they will stop calling.  Hasn't worked so far! Who are they and what do they want?

I am on the DNC list in Colorado, I also have them "blocked" on my phone...somehow it rings thru anyway.  After 4 calls (one every 30 minutes) I didn't answer, but returned their call and said "do NOT call back"....30 minutes later the phone rings again..guess who!  I'm thinking from now on (as blocking doesn't seem to work and neither do my requests) I'm going to wait until I get a human voice and blow a whistle in the phone.  Maybe WORD will get around...DO NOT call this number unless you want your ears blasted!
