crank calling no one speaks when I answer neither will they pick up when I call back

I do believe it is the acai-berry free trial, because that was the only thing I have put my number on in the past 2 weeks, and have already received 4 calls from this number this morning and it is only 10:40! The first 3 were  exactly 30 min apart, but the forth was not. They just called again! No messages or any thing! and when I answered the fourth one, there was no answer. Im worried that other information of mine has gotten out.

It's Aci-Berry,  I went to the website for the free sample as well, but when I saw you had to join their memebership at $60/mo I escaped out of the page, but apparently the info is captured and they called me 9 times in less than 4 hours.   The last call I said it you continue to call I would report them to the FCC.  So far so good, they have not called back...yet.

I'm at 6 calls so far and its only lunch time. I don't answer either.

I think so too, I was going to sign up for it yesterday but then i decided against it.

kept calling, finally excepted phone call and a women tried to sell me something couldn't understand her told her no thank you, she is still calling been about 1 week of these annoying calls

It is now 3:00 PM and this number has already called 8 times today.  I also was going to get the free sample and found they were wanting to take $60 from my checking account  on my debit card.  I promply logged off.  It didn't work, however.  I answered one time and the caller butchered my name so badly, I couldn't recognize it.  I'll certinly be more careful of the ads online from now on.

They keep calling me all day. They called first thing at 8:20AM and have been calling since. I've gotten at least 22 calls today. I answered when I was half awake.. I answered saying hello.. and they said hello and asked for my mother. (Who was at work at the time) And I said that she was busy.. and asked if I could take a message.. The lady.. Who sounded very far from the phone said.. "Oh.. Never mind.. Can you just have her call back this number when she gets a chance?" And I said.. Mmhmm... Then hung up... Since then.. They have called at least 3 times an hour. Along with another company that's hounding us. So it's one phone call after another. Is there any way to stop this?

They did the same with my mother's name.

I also went on the Acai Berry website yesterday and after completing the information decided not to submit my credit card information.  I received five (5) phone calls within a two (2) hour period.  It's frustrating.

I have been calling my phone company to find out who keeps calling.  This number calls me at least 10 times an hour!  I can't take it anymore!  Thanks for the info about fcc.com.  I will definitely be filing a complaint!  This needs to stop!

This number calls me at least 10 times an hour!  When I answer they hang up immediately and then I can never get through when I call back.  It is very aggravating to be called all the time throughout the day!  It needs to stop!

everytime they call which is atleast 5 times a day, ill answer it and they immediately hang up.  If i dont answer they don't leave a voicemail.  i called back and it said thanks for calling, your call will be answered momentarily.  about a minute late a machine will say again your the next caller in line please wait on moment for the next available agent. then im on hold forever.  i waited up to a half hour and said forget it.  please make this stop!

I too filled out the aci berry thing online just yesterday. and to day guess what non stop calls! I reported them 2the do not call regisrty. Everyone should do the same! Than k god I didnt give my Credit card info aswell!

I also get these calls daily but no messages. And when I do answer they put me on hold. I called the number above and told him to stop the calls. He took my number and said he will look after it. He did not speak english very well, so we'll see if he adds my number to another list or if it really stops!!!

i went on the acai berry website yesterday and entered my info but once it asked for a credit card i cancelled out of it since i was not paying them for it. i also did some research and found that the acai berry website people are scammers as well. WELL - this rude lady calle dme today trying to send me free stuff - sounds like an indian lady driving in a car. i swear i heard horns honking and stuff. she kept talking and i yelled at her to stop and do not send me anything. then hung up on her. its wrong what their doing. i never submitted my info to them. i cleared my entries and never hit send but they still got my number and are having this ladt call.
