I didn't even submit anything about my credit card on the acai website and they still call me.
I followed some advice and went to the National registry do not call list. I advise everybody to do the same.

Calls me over 10 times each day. i call back and stay on hold forever for no one to ever come. How do I make it stop?

I figured it out!!! I don't know what company it is but I found this number 1-800-456-2092. Call it and tell them you want the number 213-426-2092 to stop calling you and you want to be placed on the do not call list. I just called and told me I am on the do not call list for that company... To be honest I have to idea what company it is.

This phone number belongs to an identity theft ring based our of Los Angeles who run ads on the Craglist and other job websites. They have called me over 100 times in the last two weeks! I will be changing my phne number March 7, right at the time my next bill is due. I heard people are filing charges against them on the DoNOtCall List and with the FCC. This number apparently has the carrier of PacficBell, I didnt know they were still in business and I have texted the number, the text went through, but they did not respond!Now you cant even text the number. I he

THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!! - NO CALLS ANYMORE!

they will continuously call you if you don't either block them with your provider or do the following steps.

1.  Answer the call, IMMEDIATELY mute yourself.  If there's any sound the call will disconnect right away, and you'll have to wait until they call you again.

2.  Wait for someone to say "HELLO"...and they will eventually, about three times before they hang up.

3. Immediately take yourself off mute, and say "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST"

4. The rep, will proceed to explain why they're calling, and say something like you placed an order.  ITS A SCAM!

5. REPEAT yourself, say: "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST"

6. The rep will abruptly hang up on you.

7. Enjoy!!  - The will never call you again.  

It worked for me, and others.  Haven't gotten anymore calls all day long

I just got a call from them again tonight even after i told them to remove me from there calling list 2 weeks ago! I honestly dont know what else to do.

They call 10 times every night between 8-9pm.  I want them to STOP!~

I went on the acai-berry site, filled application for a free sample but once they wanted credit card information I immediately closed the page. Later that same day I got a call from a representative saying the same things stated on the site. He then asked me for my credit card number to handle s&h. I told him I didn't have any money in my account at the moment and he said he'd call back. Half an hour later... I've gotten 3 calls in a row around 8-9PM after that first call. I finally answered a call and told the female rep that I didn't use credit cards. The calls have gotten down to only one to two per day. Next time they call I'll try and have them take me off their list.

I've gotten theses calls nonstop for the past 2 days on my cell phone. Finally after waiting on the line for an hour with no answers from these a**holes I called my cell company. My carrier is Verizon and they offer a call block for $4.99 a month, and you can specify the numbers you don't want calling you. It worked immediatly I couldn't even call the number from my phone. That's the best solution I've came up with but all of you should def. report these numbers to the FCC and BBB both of which you can do online. Best of luck I know it's a pain. But I'm not getting anymore calls. And don't fall for the "Click here for free..." I'm pretty sure that's what got all this started for me.

DO NOT ENTER YOUR NAME OR PHONE NUMBER FOR THE FREE SAMPLES.  They collect all your information ie:  Ph#, address etc... then you click to continue.  Once you do that you have transmitted all your info to these clowns.  The next page that pops up is a request for your credit card info.........duuuhhhhhhhh.  Not in this life are they getting it.  I logged off without providing my credit card number and within 2 days I get a call asking for me.  fortunately I used a bogus name and I knew exactly who it was.  I informed the caller that there was no one here by that name and he immediately launched into a sales pitch about Acai Berry and the wonders it does when losing weight.  I told him I was enemic and was trying to put weight on and he hung up.

Repeated and endless calls all day long which began out of the blue a couple weeks ago.  Never leave a message.

OMG its acai berry.. Ive never contacted them and they are calling me 20x in a day..

I am by no means in need of their products..

I am registered on the FCC do not call list and have been since 2003... and I update that often! THIS IS DUMB....

They have also called and woken my sick child up! I wouldnt say this but it was freakin 2130...

YEAP!!! ITS ACAI BERRY!! i started recieving these calls a couple days after i cancelled with acai berry.

I googled this phone number to figure out who it is.  As soon as I saw all  the posts about Acai berry, I realized that is exactly who it is, as I put in an order for the free sample and only a day later started receiving numerous calls from this number.  They call three times in a row, four times a day, then never leave a voice mail.  I will be calling to cancel my shipments as I turned out to be allergic to this berry lol I am hoping to have no further calls from them after I do so.

This is Acia berry.  I did the same thing, went to sign up and didn't feel like putting in my credit card number.  They called me about twenty times in two days.  Finally, I answered on accident.  She gave me the run down, I turned her down, she kept talking, I replied, "I SAID NO." And then I hung up.  They haven't bothered me in a week until today.  I'm on my fourth call so far.
