I am getting calls from this number every day for the past week, I first picked it up and there was nobody there.  Now I do not answer it at all.  Still this number keeps calling!

This number has been calling my phone several times a day and as soon as I answer they hang up the first few times I tried to call it back and it just kept ringing and then these past few days it keeps telling me a rep will be with me shortly I waited for over an hour today for a rep to pick up and no one did.

they have called me -- no lie -- 30 times in 2 days.  It has to be Acai Berry.

I have received 9 calls today(213-426-2701) starting at 9:30 am....its now 4:12pm! I went on the acai berry site for a free trial yesterday and backed out when it wanted credit card information. I called the number back cause I wanted to freak out on them and I was on hold listening to crappy music for 15 minutes before I got tired of waiting and hung up...How do you make them stop?

This has been going on for 2 weeks...and yes, it is the Acai berry idiots trying to cash in...the number shows up as a land line in L.A. but apparently is just a relay to somewhere in Asia...am currently utilizing FCC to help this to be resolved...appears only other option is to change your number, a hardship if you use it for buisness...I will come back here and post what FCC does to help...more later!

i am going to try it and i hope it works. they even called me on valentine's day at 9:30 pm. i was so angry.

this phone continues to call me and hang up i am tempted to find out and address and report it to the local pd

i did a survey on acai burn.com and thought it looked like a scam so never ordered anything. the next morning the calls started. i've received at least 10 calls per day since Feb 10th. i submitted a complaint with the FCC, opted out of all emails, and called customer service at (800) 659-3588. hopefully the calls will stop....once i read their privacy policy i got freaked out. on the site, you can't get price info till you enter your information, and when you do that, their privacy policy says that you have therefore given them consent to spam mail, e'mail, call, and text you as much as they want (and they give out your info to other companies) lots of hassle for something i never even ordered!!!

I recieved calls from that number this week : 4 times on wednesday, 7 times on thursday and 5 times yesterday. I was not there to answer the call and they didn't leave a message. Today, I answered. At first, nobody was speaking. After few seconds, a woman voices ask to talk to me (she used my first name only). I'm a french speaker, so I was speaking in French! She hung up! Hope that they will not call me anymore!!!

I receive 3 or 4 calls a day, all times of day from this number.

Thank God, I'm not the only this is happening to.  This is truly harassment.

calls no one talks

Multiple calls daily.  Highly annoying.

I'm sick of it!!! Everyday for the past week it's been non-stop!!! I've blocked the number but it still shows blocked calls!!!

Received 5 calls from them in less than 12 hours...my mother is less persistant when there is a death in the family...I tried the mute idea and haven't heard anything yet...will post again when I know more.

I as well continut to recieve calls from this number and filled out the information for Acai Berry. What a scam!

I get at least 8 calls a day from this number. When will this ever stop?

Okay this Acaiburn calling, or so they say. I called the number and spoke with a woman named Jamie Morgan who claimed that she is doing a follow up from the info sheet I filed out online at the Acaiburn website, and that I qualify for the 14 day free supply which will be shipped the next day, I just need to pay for s/h fee of $4.95..of course meaning I need to give them my credit card number. They then will continue sending the product at the tune of $59.95 per month billed to your credit card. I politely told them I was not interested and to remove my number from their calling list. I have since still received calls almost every hour from them all day. I finally went back to the Acaiburn website and then called their customer service number and talked to them and they claim that they do not call customers unless they need to verify address because of a failed delivery. They claim no knowledge of this woman, no knowledge of this phone number and claim they will investigate what is going on. I told them that I intend to file harrassment charges against them and the caller. I called the number again and recorded the conversation...this woman just kept asking if I wanted to continue with the order even after I told her there was no way in hades that I would give her my credit card info..and that Acaiburn denied any knowledge of her or this practice...she then said she would give me the customer service number of Acaiburn..and yes it was there number...she then put her supervisor on the phone...who backed up her story...they then said I was calling from a number not on their list...she was right I was calling on my cell and used my home number on the form..Anyway I have no real idea if this Acaiburn or a scam by someone hacking into their website. Just do not give them your credit card numbers!

I have received a total of 7 calls from them today.  After about 3 calls, I called back and told them to take my name and number off of their list.  Then they called back yet another 4 times!  I told them if they called again I would get a lawyer.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC.  I also went on the website to get a free sample and closed the page without submitting the information.
